Dr. Brown and his staff are incredible! Everyone in the office was warm and comforting through the entire experience. I had my first appointment for a molar implant and I couldn’t be more confident in Dr. Brown. Every step in the process was explained and I’ve yet to feel any significant pain post op. I met Dr Brown at Rhode Island Hospital, where he drained an abcess from under my chin. He explained the process, that was about to occur, and was very sympathetic as to my situation. Dr.Brown is amazing. My niece sustained an unfortunate injury to her jaw resulting in multiple fractures. It required her jaw being wired. Dr Brown was beyond attentive and took excellent care of her. He saw her weekly and kept a close eye on things. He was amazing. He is kind and has a great sense of humor. He was able to get her through a number of anxiety provoking procedures like it was a breeze. Professional, intelligent and evidently just a great human being who takes great pride in what he does. Dr Brown does a great job. Very professional yet can be funny and relaxing. The staff is also friendly and helpful. I did some minor surgery and it could not have gone better.

Dr. Brown is amazing. He's able to fit me in immediately, if there's an emergency. He knows my mouth by heart, as it has a very annoying/difficult bite. He's done all my bone grafts and implants, as well as any tooth removals. I've gone to him for several years now, and he's made it so that my teeth are stronger, and better. He always has the patient's health at heart, and will do his best helping in any way he can, to alleviate pain, and for you to leave better, and more comfortably, than when you walked in the door. We first met him when he was the only Dr who would see my husband, in an emergency situation, on a Saturday. He assisted greatly, and that's when I decided to try him for myself, as I still had a lot to do on my mouth. He's the best oral surgeon I've had, out of the several I've tried! He's got a great personality and is always positive, and gives you gives you his full attention when he walks into the room, with a hearty, "Hi! How are ya doing today?", with a big smile on his face. All of the rest of the staff are fantastic, as well. They're wicked friendly, cheerful, and respectful, as well. They take care of you, and watch over you, after you've had a procedure, and always call the next day, to see how you're doing. Definitely 5 full stars, and I'd give more if I could!!!! THIS OFFICE IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! THE STAFF IS AMAZING, FRIENDLY, ON TIME ALL THE TIME. I work in the medical field and we always work with patients with payments of large procedures. We also check with insurance before charging the patients. This office does not want to do the work of checking insurance before you come in. They wanted $900 to even see me for "possible anesthesia charges" because they are too lazy to check their patient insurance and see what the actual charge was. I was VERY disappointed at how they handle payments with their patients. They wouldn't even accept a 200 or 300 dollar payment from me. I would NOT recommend going here for a procedure and I would recommend that if you do, check your insurance coverage first so they don't over charge you like they tried to do to me :) I work in the medical field and we always work with patients with payments of large procedures. Dr. Brown is not located at the main st address!! It’s the 1370 South County Trl. Address!!!!!!!!

The appallingly unprofessional and overt incompetence of the office staff has led me to leave this review. I scheduled an emergent procedure, and left prior to having the procedure due to the treatment I received at reception. During the consultation, I was shocked at how rude and unprofessional the office staff were but I was determined to have the procedure done anyway. It became clear that I couldn’t trust the treatment if the staff that represents the office was so egregiously incompetent.

I abhor the dentist and because of that needed a tooth extracted. This Dr. Put me at total ease. I wish I'd known how it would be before my appointment so I wouldn't have stressed for the 2 weeks leading up to it! Thank you so much!!!

Dr. Brown saved my 90yr old mother from a deteriorating tooth infection that sent her to the emergency room at RI hospital. Had Dr. Brown not performed immediate oral surgery her condition may have become life threatening because of her frail condition. The surgery was a success. He personally checked in on her throughout her 10-day hospital stay to ensure proper recovery. He went the extra mile. I cannot thank him enough. Outstanding!

Dr Brown saw my mom as an emergency patient at the end of a long weekend. She needed a tooth pulled. The doctor and his staff were very kind and patient with her. They made her comfortable and worked quickly to ease her concerns In addition it only took 3 minutes for him to diagnose an additional condition in her mouth that she has complained to other doctors about for over a year. The facility is spotless has easy access and the experience here takes all the stress out of seeing an oral surgeon. Wish we found them sooner. Dr Brown and his staff are top notch. As a parent I worry about how my son is going to react when going to the Doctor's or Dentist's office. Sadly, he has had bad experience's with these places already. Dr. Brown came out to the lobby and got to know my son to make him comfortable in his office. Now because of this my son has no problem with going to the Doctor or Dentist. Its really just about taking the next step forward and not treating patients like numbers. Highly recommend!!!
