Steven J. Blatchford

DrBlatchford did a surgery for 2 problems. I cannot speak for issue one. As far as issue 2, that surgery was a COMPLETE FAILURE. I had a deviated septum that Dr.Blatchford had fixed but because he was going on vacation he wanted to remove the packing the next day. The next day was WAY TOO EARLY!!!! But he did not want to leave it up to a colleague, don't know why. My nose collapsed in again and I once again can not breath well in that nostril and it looks like I got punched in the nose. Dr. Blatchford has been incredible. From the first visit to surgery to my last visit. This man truly cares about the person in front of him. He has attention to detail he is kind and he is honest. Dr. Blatchford solved a 27-year problem by ordering and interpreting a swallow study. He listened patiently and explained clearly. He is the best.

This doctor should be a saint! He’s helped me more than anyone else, when no one else would.

Dr. Blatchford is the best! I had a serious nosebleed problem and I was able to get in the same day and get it cauterized. He is kind, gentle and a good communicator.

Dr. Blatchford agreed to get me in immediately, I was in great pain from a infected ear. with antibiotics I'm much better. Follow up appt this week. So happy he was available and hopefully now he is my ENT

I was very impressed and completely satisfied with Dr. Blatchford and his staff at Valley ENT. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing an ENT.

I was a patient few years ago.he did surgery to repair my ruptured ear drum with Graf.Later he removed a benign tumor from my thyroid gland.He is an excellent doctor and surgeon. He is very good to his patients, l have great admiration for this doctor. I did well with both surgery. I am great full that he is my doctor

An awesome MD! Dr. Blatchford has successfully treated several conditions for me and has done so with both a caring and patient approach. His success largely comes from listening carefully, offering both standard and less invasive treatments and demonstrates excellent follow through. He spends as much time as needed with you, which is a rare occurrence these days. As a very, very satisfied patient, I highly recommend anyone with ENT issues to schedule an appointment with him.

I’m so happy I found Dr Blatchford for my surgery He made me feel very confident and that I was important to him as a person not just a number It is good to have Doctors that know how to give of them self with a handshake a smile and a look in their eyes that says I will take care of you And that he did Thank you for making something so scary to me be so simple ?? All that is good comes from God

Dr. Blatchford is an awesome doctor, but one of his front office staff member is rude, mean, disrespectful and really needs people skills and phone mannerism or needs to be fired otherwise their going lose most of their patients.

Dr. Blatchford , is wonderful, very assuring , I had throat surgery of an enlarged infection it was my very first serious going under anesthesia, but Dr. Blatchford is very professional and knows what he is doing!!! His staff at the surgery center was outstanding comfortable and very professional and in good spirit to let you know you are in GREAT hands!! I highly recommend Dr. Blatchford, he also answered all my questions with no demeaning manor and assured u that you, Are IMPORTANT! Work A++

Dr. Blatchford is a kind doctor. He takes his time and listens to his patients. My mom had been complaining of swallowing issuses for a year to her primary care doctor. She went to ENT for a different reason, and when she told Dr. Blatchford about the swallowing, he checked things out. He found a mass, was able to biopsy it and have a follow-up appointment all within a few weeks. His office staff are nice too. There is no drama in the office and it feels very peaceful.

Dr. Blatchford takes time to know his patients, their concerns, and their medical needs. He works together with his patients to find the solution that is right for them. No matter how difficult the problems he doesn't give up or let you give up. You work together until the solution is found. I like this approach to medical treatment. Also, he has a good "bedside manner" which includes some joking around with you. With my allergies and my sinus surgery, I have always trusted that he and I would come up with a good solution. I have been Dr. Blatchford's patient for about 3 years. He is a good listener, very knowledgeable, and kind. He will tell you when he doesn't know exactly what is wrong and is willing to try different healing methods. He also lets the patient take part in this process. The Doctor was very competent in dealing with my severe nosebleed. did everything he could to eliminate the pain and stop the bleeding. He determined the the cause (Anacin) and set up a corrective strategy with needed prescriptions.
