Dr. Steven Earl Black

I am sorry to say this, but I am disappointed with the service that I got. It was a simple ingrown nail procedure, I had to return 3 times for follow ups, each time was a band-aid fix they used 4 visits of my Insurance 6 visits limits for the year, very expensive band-aids.

He is the best foot doctor I have found in my life (I’m 70). I would highly recommend him & his excellent staff to serve your needs. He takes excellent care of my feet & has done 1 of my 2 gout surgery’s. He is by far the BEST!

Dr.Steven E.Black is a wise and meticulous Doctor. I see him on a regular two month rotation. Couldn't imagine not visiting his office. His staff is very cordial and upbeat. Dr. Black removed a bone spur in my heal area. He talked us through the process with the details of the surgery and the expected recovery process. The surgery went as planned and the recovery was as he outlined. The surgery was truly a minimally Invasive Foot Surgery. AND though still healing, there is little evidence of a scar. I was told Dr Black was wonderful so I made an appointment. Many people came and I sat. After about an hour watching others I left. They called later to say they couldn't verify my insurance. This has never happened before. They could have told me they couldn't see me yet and not wasted my time. My insurance was verified later... disappointed ???? Dr. Black is awesome he did my wife's bunion surgery and we couldn't be any more happier with the results ???? plus every person in the office are very helpful waiting time is minimal in the waiting room plus Dr. Black is very attentive and answers any questions or doubts you may have thanks Dr. Black your awesome

Dr. Black did my bunion surgery and it went amazing. No more pain and I can finally walk as much as I want. He continues to keep my feet in tip top shape and he is the best there is. I highly recommend getting an appointment if you have any feet issue.

Doctor Black is Fantastic he works wondering back into tied feet. I been seeing him for a few years and cuts my nails with precision and take care of my diabetic issues. The staff is amazing and very kind high marks for them too!

he's always been very nice and good at his job. it doesn't take too long to get in. he did a surgery of mine that went very well. healing was good. I've gone to him my whole life (nearly 20 years)

I was told Dr. black was wonderful and made an appointment. I arrived in time to do paperwork. I sat and sat. I saw many people who came in much later go in. I left after an hour as they weren't going to call me. They told me later they were waiting to verify insurance. They could have done that before the appointment. Disappointed. I wasted time and felt ignored. They could have politely told me I couldn't be seen untill another time. Don't have me come sit if you are not ready for me. They did verify insurance later after I sat and waited. I heard good things.

It is impossible to get an appointment with this office. They do not have a phone system that lets you talk to a person. You listen to music for several minutes after being told by a computer that you are waiting on an operator and then it goes to voicemail where you leave a message and they never call back. So far I have tried every day for 2 weeks and heard nothing. Then there is the website that lets you request an appointment but they never answer those either. I ended up having to contact my GP and get the name of someone else.

Dr Black: I tried to call to confirm my appt. this morning, and the operator said the number was no longer in service??? I cannot, under the circumstances, keep this appt without knowing if you are there or not. Please reschedule and advise.

This place is amazing. They made me an appointment right away and the staff and Dr. Are beyond amazing. They took care of my foot on the 1st visit. I recommend this place to everyone in need.

My name is Helen Bazaure I've been a patient of Steven Black for many years I started seeing him back in 2016 for a very bad foot ulcer on my left foot I'm diabetic and I had a very bad and serious ulcer that was so infectious that the first dr. That treated me left my foot even in worse shape that I seriously thought I was going to lose my foot and then I was sent to the the amazing dr.black where he really cared about me and of course my problem where he started to treat me with a vacuum pack and lots of patients and medicine that in a few months I was on my way to a beautiful and healthy foot I can't thank him enough for what he has done for me to me he. I have been going to see Dr. Black now for about 6-8 months now and my wife and I really luv him, because he really cares and show a lot of compassion for you too. And his office staff also comprise of 3 lovely sweet ladies who are so nice and caring and they all have 3 beautiful smiles all the time.

Doctor and staff professional and courteous. Personable and informative.

He explain to me step by step treatment plan. He listen to all my questions and answered all my questions without rushing me out the door.

This man is a amazing dr. Whos very good at what he does he has. Been a blessing to have as a podiatrist if you ever have any fret problems go to him hes really good
