Dr. Bardfield explained everything clearly - what exactly he was doing and why. He explained what I would feel which made me feel confident in the procedure.

Dr Bardfield was the best! He was so patient and kind when I went there so afraid of the procedure. He calmed me down and explained everything he was doing. I am so grateful to have had such a great Dr!

Great doctor. Explained procedure very thoroughly. Very pleasant personality and great conversationalist. Attentive listening to my symptoms and had an EMG test that was relatively painless.

I have been to see Dr. Bardfield twice and both times he is very caring, friendly, efficient, and asks a lot of questions to figure out how to resolve my pain issues. I can also get appointments scheduled quickly which was a problem with another Dr. at FVO. I will gladly recommend Dr. Bardfield.

I have seen him twice in 4 years. He is the gold standard for what a doctor should be. He is personable, caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I have had two neck operations and both of them began with my seeing him first. I trust him completely and I'm grateful to have had him as a doctor!

Dr. Bardfield is very thorough. Looked over scans and then did a thorough physical exam. Explained what his findings were and together decide on a course of action.

At 77 years old, this is the worst doctor experience I have ever had in my life. I chose Dr. Bardfield out of three (3) possibilities. The visit was ok but the office visit treatment did absolutely nothing to relieve my affliction. Then I got an outrageous bill that I had to fight to correct. My normal office visit to see a specialist is $25. Ok, but an additional $299 was tacked on for some bogus charge that I had to fight to remove. Finally I attempted to make another visit to see the doctor and they scheduled a Telemed telephone call to talk to him. I never received the call and that was the last straw. I’ve been suffering (not in silence) with mid to lower back pain for almost 10 years. I know there is no magic cure. I also know sometimes it takes repeated injections to get it to work. My first round I had done once healed was amazing. Sadly I have to (already left my message and they always call you right back) to set up round two. After dealing with a ‘pain specialist’ who pushes meds and some injections this doctor instantly did mri (something I’ve been asking other one to do for years) and found out the damage to my spine and neck was more intense. I went to see Dr. Bardfield to get an EMG to evaluate carpal tunnel. There was a mix up and I thought he was going to follow up with me and come up with a treatment plan. But I found out he doesn't do that because he works with spine/neck. He was just going to do the test only. At first I was upset, but he was so nice and helped me so much! He offered to look at all my DMG labs and imaging on mychart and evaluate while i was in the office. He also did a quick physical exam on my other painful joints. Best surgeon by fare the best care I’ve ever received in that place they were so insightful on every issue I was having with my back and with my shoulder I would give them ten stars for sure on service from the doctors and staff .

Dr. Bardfield listened carefully, asking good questions where needed. He was patient and reassuring throughout the visit. Dr. Bardsfield explained things clearly and provided the reasoning behind his recommendations. He also included a recommendation for a plan of care moving forward. With some doctors, one has the sense that their time is important, and after your 15 minutes are up, they move on and are no longer interested in your care. Dr. Bardsfield takes the time that is needed to make sure that he understands your concerns and cares about the next steps in your plan of care. Thank you, Dr. Bardfield!

Everything went smoothly. I was called in right at the time of my appointment, and a nurse took some info (i.e., reason for visit, medications). Dr. Bardfield came in about 30 seconds after the nurse left. He had already read my mri and asked some specific questions about the location and extent of my pain. He then performed an exam and told me his findings and recommendations. I had a number of questions which he responded to in "laymen's" terms. All in all, I found him to be a very caring and professional physician.

Saw Dr. Bardfield on Friday after successfully requesting to get in a week earlier than my original appointment. He was very attentive and took my pain/busy work schedule seriously. Was able to get in for an MRI the same day, have the results read, and receive a phone call from Bardfield with the results all in the same day. He scheduled a procedure for Monday. Amazing! I am sure it's not always able to work out that way, but he was very attentive and helpful! Seems to genuinely enjoy his work.

I have 2 workers comp injuries 2013 and 2015. Dr. Bardfield has made a hugh inpact on my medical care. I went to him on a second opinion and I am glad I did. He is very caring, kind helpful and if he is not able to help me he does refer me another one of his physicians in this practice. His care has made me better and able to function in my daily living role.
