My daughter told us to try this place. She said we would really like Dr Anhalt and the staff. My husband and I went on Saturday. I have to say she was absolutely right. Great staff, Dr. Anhalt is just awesome. He took his time with both of us, we didn't feel like we were rushed. I love the fact that they helped me pick a frame, since I tend to stay in the same style, but I wanted something different. For the first time I can say, I can't wait to get my new glasses. After having a bad experience in other place, I met Dr. Anhalt. He is not only an excellent and knowledgeable professional, but caring with the client and he takes the time to explain everything in great detail without time pressure on the client. His team is very empathetic and they really know what they are doing. Highly recommended.

Dr. Steven Anhalt is an amazing optometrist. I would highly recommend him. He not only is knowledgeable but cares about his patients.

Overall this place is great, i was a patient for over 10 years. However, i had to switch optometrist because i could no longer tolerate how rude Peri is. Dr. Anhalt and rest of staff (especially Ivy) is great.

Best Doctor and Staff!!

Very nice place. Dr. Anholt is caring. Ivy is very awesome. I wanted to keep my old frames but I felt the Dr. Wanted me get new frames. I asked if it could be done with the new prescription but I got a ....well no...so I picked something out...that's ok...for now. Thank you for your offer but it's to late now Very nice place. This vision center is in my insurance network. I drove there to look at the frames that are covered by my insurance for me to get. When I asked to see some of the frames they told me that the frames were in boxes in the back and they were too busy to get them and for me to make an appointment. I didn't say anything but I thought to myself what kind of business would say hat is too busy to show a customer some some eyeglass frames. If it were my business I would have gone to the back and brought out all the frames to show. I have lived in Cooper city for over 26 years and have never gone into a business that told me they were too busy to show me there products, they might have said sir you may have to wait a a little, but to refuse service, I call that non professional This vision center is in my insurance network. Professional place but I wanted to keep my 2 yr old frames on my new prescription but was pushed into buying new frames. Still wished I keep the other frames. I should of insisted but other than that it's a nice place.

I've been a patient of Dr. Anhalt for nearly three decades. He and his staff (Andy, Peri, Ivy, and Edie) are experienced, caring people who take your vision needs seriously. Simply excellent. Highly recommended.

A few weeks ago I was having an issue with my left eye, I kept seeing a red line going across my eye but no one else could see it... I had asked a few of my clients where they go and they said they go to Dr. Anhalt and that he was amazing and they have been with him for a while.... so I decided to walk in on a Wednesday to see if maybe there was an open availability for me.... I walked up to the counter.. to nicely being greeted.... I had asked if I could be seen today, she had said the doctor was not in... she asked if maybe she could help me, and that she could make me an appointment for that week. I stated I may have an emergency, but I didn't know, I told her my situation, she called Dr. Anhalt on his personal cell, explained to him what was going on, he said he would be right over... if that's not dedication and amazing customer service, then I don't know what is... he came in on his day off to take care of me, when I have never stepped foot into his office... once he came in, he went right to work on my exam... he noticed there was something not right, then phoned in a call over to Dr. Burgess at the Fort Lauderdale Eye Care Institute, where I was sent there immediately and taken care of... I greatly appreciate everything that Dr. Anhalt has done for me.... I have been back since, he examined my eyes again, my pressure is getting better, he corrected my prescription that I have had for the past 5 years going to America's Best, thinking I was getting a bargain and the best care, but was only being giving the wrong prescription it was way to high for both my eyes ...  thank you  Dr. Anhalt for going above and beyond, I greatly appreciate your love and dedication for your practice... very blessed to have crossed paths with you.. and thank you for having such an amazing staff just as caring as you... Great experience! Dr. Anhalt was personable, knowledgeable and confident! Ivy was the bomb! Having her as our "go to" person was reassuring. Her suggestions/recommendations were spot on. Great personality too! The rest of the staff (Edie, Peri and the gentleman at the front desk whose name I never learned) were a pleasure to speak with as well. Would return in a heartbeat! My family and I have been getting our eye care from Dr. Anhalt since my baby was 8 years old. My baby is now 26 years old and I'm still going to him. He's very thorough and has great "bed side" manner. The staff are all awesome, helpful and very patient.

Dr. Anhalt and his staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. My eyesight has been changing a lot of the past 4 years and he's been able to adjust my prescription each year. I also bring my 9 year old to Dr. Anhalt for her glasses. I can't say enough great things about them!

Very unfriendly and cranky assistant. I felt I was interrupting her personal time as she complained to me she was suppose to go home early that day and was stuck there (a tad unprofessional)... Nice thing to say to a customer by the way.. Later Doctor gives me a prescription that was not right- blurred my vision in right eye. When I called him 2 weeks later, he asked me for my insurance to bill me again for his mistake to correct the prescription. I went elsewhere and was treated like a valued customer. I happily paid someone else to do it right the first time! He lost 3 customers with me that day..... Very unfriendly and cranky assistant. I just had my third annual eye exam and purchased my fifth pair of glasses with Dr. Anhalt. The Doctor and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Palm Vision Center!

Our family have been going to Dr. Anhalt for over 25 years. There is no one better. He was excellent with my children when they were little all the way through to today as adults. Personal, attentive and professional care is so rare. When you find it you never let it go.
