Sadly I dont had a pleasant review for him .My 21 yr old daughter in law happened to see him a few days ago for diabetes . After sitting for 2 hrs waiting to see the girl she sees for diabetes ..She had a sono by a girl who was new ..she wasnt able to see baby well an told her she was inexperienced .Okay thats fine .However without a clear view of babies face Dr Ambrose proceeds to tell her he is 95% sure baby has cleft lip . an tells her based on society standards she is overweight..Umm who is 33 weeks pregnant ! Who does that too a new mom and she is pregnant ? He isnt exactly skinny hisself . So he is 95% sure sbaby has cleft lip with out looking hisself . Horrible bedside manor .I would not see him . He was my doctor during two pregnancies. So very super nice & really cares about his patients! Thank you and your nursing staff for taking such great care of me when I was pregnant!

My wife is...correction...my wife was a patient of Dr. Ambrose. Our baby had findings concerning for enlarged ventricles on ultrasound. She had a follow up appointment scheduled 2 weeks later for re-evaluation. She arrived at 1:50pm for her 2pm appointment. At 2:54 she had not been seen and no one had come out to explain or apologize for the delay. By 3pm she had to leave, as she had a responsibility to customers at her own job. She was told that the next available appointment would be greater than 2 weeks later. We should not have to wait more than 2 weeks to find out if our child may have a neurological problem as a result of hydrocephalus. My wife should not have had to wait an hour. I’m not even sure why she goes there in the first place. Rather than educating her on the management options provided in the MFM guidelines for fetal ventriculomegaly, it was suggested she compartmentalize these findings, if possible. I imagine it would be something easily compartmentalized...NOT!

Every one that worked there besides Dr ambrose was great, i happen to be there for like 4-5 hrs the nurse kept an eye on me because i was having preterm labour, I only say him litrally a minute he walks in and goes " ultrasound is normal im not a female i dobt know what you guys feel "said in a sexist way and then walked out , i never got to say a word to him i went there for multiple reasons and there is something questionable on the ultrasound which I have no idea what it is,also the nurse kept trying to get him back in my room and he refused, I would rate lower but the staff made up for his sexist idiocy

This is my second pregnancy and have seen Dr. Ambrose with both pregnancies. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. I was very impressed with how thorough and informative the staff and Dr. Ambrose are. They pride themselves in their work and serving their patients with the best quality care. If your doctor/OB ever wants to refer you to a specialist I would recommend Dr. Ambrose. This is my second pregnancy and have seen Dr. Ambrose with both pregnancies. Dr. Ambrose was very personable and professional. He was knowledgeable and encouraging during my entire pregnancy. I felt confident that I was receiving the best care possible due to his attention to detail. My son was born happy and healthy and I thank Dr. Ambrose!
