Dr. Weintraub and his nurses were professional. However, front desk staff was well below average. MRI report was to be uploaded to my patient portal, but an error was made and the report was not accessible by me. Instead, incorrect information regarding another MRI facility was mistakenly placed on my digital chart. When I called the doctor's office, the first person I spoke with indicated that their office had nothing to do with uploading records and gave me the number of MyChart technical support. When I called that number I was given contradictory information that the doctor's office would in fact be responsible for scanning the report into the system. I again called the doctor's office and spoke with another front desk employee. She said there was nothing more she could do and resisted any suggestion that she should follow up to correct the error. I feel that the front desk personnel did not want to be bothered and just wanted to get me off the phone as quickly as possible.

Dr. Weintraub is the only doctor (and I have seen a few) who made my knee feel better. He is very knowledgeable, professional and has a great personality. I live in Toms River and the trip to Marlboro was completely worth it. He is one of the few top notch physicians I have seen and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Weintraub has been treating my family for a couple decades now ! I have complete faith in him; his professionalism and kindness make him one of the best!

The doctor himself is ok however, if you need any medical forms filled out or any paperwork whatsoever, you will wait and wait and wait and wait. I am told that the doctor has other obligations as if I am some sort of idiot. I dropped something off and left it with them for ONE WEEK!!!! How hard is it to fill out one sheet of paper which I clearly stated that I NEED?! It takes literally 5 minutes to do these things yet the receptionists all seem to have this "can't be bothered" attitude!!!

I hurt my shoulder/ collar bone and had no where to go. I found Dr. Weintraub online and he was local, so I scheduled an appointment. The staff was pleasant, I did not have to wait long and he treated me well. He is very nice and knowledgable. Unfortunately, I am going back to visit him for my knee now.

Dr. Weintraub was a pleasant doctor, but we made the BIG mistake of trusting him when he referred our son who had a bad concussion to a terrible 'professional'. On his strong personal recommendation we went to see an unqualified and unpleasant therapist, Kristine Keane who first misdiagnosed our son, then had us self-pay for ineffective and improper 'treatment', and then over-billed our insurance company!

Had me waiting for 75 minutes. The staff is unapologetic and couldn't care less. This happened once before and I thought that was a fluke. Now I see this is the norm. After doctor finally examined me and MRI was scheduled on my elbow. He did not call me for a week to discuss
