Dr. Steve Eric Randall

My husband Carl has been going to Dr. Steve Randell for about a year now for pain management. Appointments are easy to get and you dont spend all day in the waiting room. Everyone is really nice and professional. They make you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in. Would definitely recommend dr Randell for pain management.

I have been to many doctors of different specialties and Dr. Randall is by far the best. The experience over the past month and half has been amazing. Front staff to back nursing staff is also amazing! I did a lot of research and reading on many doctors for this particular specialty and I agree with everyone when they say he is amazing.

I've been a patient with Andrew since October, he is amazing! I'm still adjusting to the new routine, but I really like this place. I just finished my set of injections and they went well. It was my first time meeting Dr. Randall himself. Also, the new location is really nice!

Dr. Randall is an awesome pain management doctor.He treats my husband and has treated my son. He is very thorough and takes the time with his patients and their families. Dr Randel and Staff are the best care I have ever had in my life he cares about each of his patients. And his Nurs Kendra is very professional as well . And as well as his other Nurses and PA’s they care for you so much and tend to all your needs . The front staff as well when you call and need something Annette and others are always so helping you could not ask for a better Doctor and staff to see over your well being. Dr randall and Dr jimmeson are both so kind and keep me up-to-date on all of my back and neck pain and they truly help me.and the staff is top notch and its like a big family and they know you by name when you come threw the door .very friendly.misty ????

Dr. Randall is absolutely the best! I have chronic pain and have had injections, blocks, ablations and a Spinal Cord Stimulator. I've had a lot done but each time it has improved my quality of life. Recovery is quick and the Anesthesiologist make sure your very comfortable or even better for me, out. I have referred my 80 year old Mother, a family friend, my cousin and now my sister is considering going. I don't refer people to doctors but in this case I do. Dr. Randall managed to pinpoint a problem in one visit after 15 years of treatment with other doctors. With one diagnostic injection I was pain free immediately and was able to then move on to a permanent treatment that has left me feeling better than I have in a long time. His staff is very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend if you need pain management!

Best pain management out of 5 in 20 years. His blocks and nerve ablation give more relief and last longer than all docs. One of people at one core say it’s because he takes more time and doesn’t rush.

Excellent outcome. Dr. Randall evaluated my case after an mri. He has treated me on three different occasions. I respect his opinion. He has helped me every time. Highly recommend.

I was wrong about Dr. Randall, and didn't realize it until I changed Pain Management specialists. I let my frustration with the recovery, and my personality clash with his former PA, get in the way of my treatment. I had no idea what to expect from surgery, other than it was my only option. I should have spoken up about post surgery pain. He's not a mind reader. It took 3 years to get as bad as I was pre-surgery. The recovery was probably going to take close to the same time. I would recommend Dr. Randall to others in a heartbeat. He insisted surgery was the best option. The surgeon saw the damage and wanted to admit me the day of the consult. I would be in a wheelchair today had Dr. Randall not explained my spine was in bad shape.

Dr. Randall did a nerve burn on me that lasted for a year. I appreciate the relief I had afterwards. My other option was to have a surgery that would have fused several discs together. This was the better option.

Dr Randall was absolutely amazing! I hurt my back very bad. The pain was shooting down my leg and my entire foot/toes were numb. I fully followed his recommendation of a total of three injections and have been pain free for over a year. One injection was a huge improvement but three is best for longer results. I will probably have to get them again someday but so much better than a surgery - that may not even work. I’m so happy I found this doctor and that he is so good at what he does. I simply can’t say enough!!

I love Dr.Randall and his wonderful staff,my insurance changed so I lost them.if you are wanting a caring Doctor he is your man.i was with him for 3 years and he helped me a lot.if I can change to a insurance that he takes this old lady will be back.i will be missing them a lot. Very bad don’t go to this guy he just trying to get money give me three sets of injections had visit after to tell him didn’t work his pa came in when told he she said ur back got a lot of narrowing so u need surgery. Just rude then ask bout meds cause one was giving me did work she went off again. I was walking hen I first went in when finish I was using a cane.

Dr. Randall is amazing. Always takes time to listen to be sure he understands my issues as well as explains procedures to make sure I understand.

Very responsive in scheduling. Dr. Randall spends as much time with you as needed. My pain has decreased since seeing him and I would recommend. Overall happy with my experience.

I saw Dr Randall after a car accident, he was very thorough and speaks to you in a way you can understand. His office staff are very friendly and know what they are doing. Would recommend to anyone who is suffering from pain and wants to have a better quality of life without being on a bunch of pain meds.

I went to Dr. Randall for varicose veins in 2017. He answered all of my questions where I could actually understand what he was doing to help me. The procedures were a complete success. His staff made sure I knew I could contact them with any concerns following the procedures. His staff is professional and very friendly. It was a great experience from checking in at the front desk to leaving.

If you want an amazing caring doctor who makes your pain and health his priority and comes up with an stainable goals. Truly and very caring doctor. You have his complete attention when you are there. He discusses the options with you he recommends the best but it's still your decision. The last 6 years Dr Randall has helped us to maintain a better quality of life. He is always honest. He is very knowledgeable and experience in his field by far the best doctor I have encountered in my 35 years

Dr. Randall is an excellent doctor. He is kind, caring, honest, and he takes time to talk to you. He will give you the very best possible option for you as his patient. Worst pain management ever . They are not interested in helping patients. I have had a fusion of my neck and lower spine fusion in the past year. Randall has done multiple injections none have worked and are not cheap. The last set of injections left me in severe pain and when I called to let them know that I wouldn't be doing the next set because of the pain they informed me I would have to get a new pain management Dr. In hind sight I should have done this a year ago.

Dr. Randall is extremely caring and I feel like he truly cares about his patients; however, his PA Julie does not listen to the patient and is somewhat rude with no bedside manner. Dr. Randall is conservative with pain medicine and rightfully so. Likewise, he actually performs procedures that work and does not only do steroid injections for the lumbar and cervical spine. My last doctor only wanted money and never burned the nerves to achieve lasting pain relief.

Scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Randall, he was very kind, patient, and understanding, he had a script sent to my pharmacy to help me out until I could get an MRI (which took 3 weeks to authorize) I called twice asking about it and NEVER got a straight answer, finally had to call radiology to get my answer on what the hold up was. Was given a script for 40 pills, and it was written for twice a day and I was expected for them to last a whole month. I called 3x to inquire on the next step, my

Did not see Dr Randal, only his PA I don’t care how much pain I am in will not return to this office. The office staff is unhelpful and very rude. Horrible experience dealing with them. Was actually screamed at on the phone.

This doctor doubled my pain. We pd $4000 4 stem cells (in advance) while he & his staff didnt tell me he was going to DRILL A HOLE INTO MY SACRUM to get the stem cells! (Sacrum already hurt.) I wanted treatment 4 my superior gluteal nerve entrapment & sciatica. He decided NOT 2 treat those things, he decided to treat my SI joints (previously NOT painful-NOW THEY ARE). I cannot lie on my back to sleep at all. This doctor does NOT listen (or read documents u bring!!) He's all about the $$$.

I went in for X-rays and session with doctor Randall and they were to check with my cardiologist and then schedule me for treatment. I can't even get them to call me back

Dr. Randall has been wonderful to me. He listened to what I had to say and continued to help when the pain didn't respond to steroid injections. Together we decided to implant a spinal cord stimulator and I am so glad we did. He continues to see me and works with me to make changes in my programs when pain migrates. He makes me feel like I matter as a patient and I feel he will continue to do what he can to help me.

I really like Dr. Randall and he explains everything very well with great bedside manners. The nursing staff is also amazing. However his office staff in the front office are not very friendly at all and it has taken over 10 days now for them to send my referral to the surgeon that he has decided to send me to get my neck fixed. When you are in pain every day and then the office staff takes there time on getting paperwork submitted.....that just isn't the way I feel I should be treated.

I have been a patient since 2015. I have several issues with my lower back and which resulted in Dr. Randall needed to perform for procedures. I am currently in need of a laser procedure and my medicare advantage plan is denying it. He is actively asking for peer to peer reviews. Impressive on how h is fighting for me. Not may doctors would do this. He has helped me tremendously with my pain levels in my lower back, SI Joints, etc. Extremely caring staff from the doctor, PA Julie and staff.

Without Dr. Randall's help, I believe I would not be able to function. I refuse to have pills mask my pain and make me sick. He has relieved my pain so I am able to be a person again.
