I've read 1 star reviews and the consolidated idea was the doctor was nice but the office people weren't; yet I gave a shot. Overall I think they were nice. people work at medical field can be sensitive. They are dealing with sensitive people because they are sick and I do not expect nor think it's required for them to be nice. That would be too much to ask in my opinion. Doctor is wonderful. He has been helping me with my chronic sinusitis immensely. However, the office administrator/Dr's wife seems to be ruining the practice due to greed. Difficulty contacting the office, scheduling an appointment and whenever I go in, there seems to be a minimum of 10 people waiting. At least 3 people are scheduled for the same time. This doctor's office is just terrible. Don't go there. When I went there on my appointment day, the office was closed. No One called me about this. This is how they handling the patient. Shame on you!

Dr. Kim is an excellent Cardiologist whom I have recommended to family and friends and will continue to recommend. He spends time with his patients doing a thorough exam, asking pertinent questions, and provides the "why" behind his explanations. Would highly recommend.
