I have had two separate hand issues and both required surgery. Dr Troum is amazing! Both surgeries left little to no scar. Highly recommend

Dr. Troum did carpal tunnel surgery on both of my hands and I never had pain again. Staff was great. I recommend anyone with carpal tunnel pain to go see him. No scars, procedure was minimally invasive.

Amy the “MANAGER” so she yells at people because she’s so proud of her position was EXTREMELY rude and doesn’t know how to speak to patients. If you want to see Dr. Troum, he’s an amazing doctor. The issue lies in his office, you ask a simple question and they pop off on you. If you don’t like your customer service job, then leave. Awful experience, due to this I will never return to this office. Great surgeon, very professional and caring.

Very disappointed, never listened to me nor examined my hand. Not even sure he ever heard my complain. Ignored my complain of hand swelling, pain, loss of joint movement and warmth after my fall. Interested in shooting multiple hand xrays even when it was not showing any thing. I insisted on MRI after five awful weeks. Dr Troum dismissed my MRI findings of avulsion fracture and subluxation of my 3rd and 4th digits. Thank God my husband and I are in the medical field and had a report of my mri which showed injury exactly where I have had pain since after my fall. Time for another hand surgeon opinion who reviewd same mri image and explained my injury exactly how the radiologist read the image. I was taken to OR the next day after seven awful weeks hanging around with Dr Troum. Nobody should be subjected to this!!! Difficult to believe a hand surgeon could behave this way. Never reviewed any of my radiological images with me. I pray I recover joint mobility.

Quiet confidence. Explains what you have, why you probably have it and his recommendation and alternatives. No huge ego to deal with. Experience is evident. Comfortable to be with.

Dr. Trium did a wonderful job repairing my shattered wrist that was misdiagnosed by another doctor. I was totally pleased. He was outstanding in every way.

Awesome Doctor and funny at the same time.

Troum is great. He is a little dry at first and then his humor is subtle and cares a lot about his patients.

Good credentials. Knows his stuff. I can see how other who just want pain medicine wouldn't like him.

He is awesome with a quirky sense of humor some people mistake for rude

Went to several appointments, saw his p.a. all but the last time. He was so rude, I would never refer anybody here. Zero bedside manner and zero personality. Did not feel confident in his staff. They were rude and the whole bunch were condescending.

Pain management options are lacking and the PA and assistant were too busy in clinic to help me. I help pay your salaries...so get unbusy. avoid this medical group, if you can.

After treating an injury for three months in which my symptoms didn't improve, suddenly said "there's nothing wrong with you and need to learn to deal with pain." Currently recovering from surgery to repair the injury he said didn't exist.
