I believe Dr. Randall had my best interest at heart. He answered the tough questions thoroughly and with patience. He provided pertinent information so that I can try to make the best choices for my treatment.

The nurse and doctor were friendly and professional. My only negative was the wait of about 25 minutes after scheduled appointment before I was seen.

This was an initial visit to learn about radiation treatment for prostate cancer. Dr. Randall was professional, patient with all questions, able to extract additional information through basic questions that made me think of details I had not considered when filling in personal history forms. When it came time to explain the different options, he provided the pro's and con's of the treatments.

Very thorough, all are friendly which helps the patient be at ease. Which also has an effect on my blood pressure reading.

As someone with over 10 years in the medical field, let me be confirm that all doctors are NOT created equally. There are those rare doctors who actually know what they are talking about and take the time to read your chart & care about your care. Dr. Randall is one of them. He is quiet, and has a slight southern accent, but he is incredibly knowledgeable and polite. He is decidedly lacking in the 'smarmy- salesperson personality' department, which is refreshing. I would recommend Dr. Randall to anyone who is looking for a GOOD, KNOWLEDGEABLE doctor who will follow your care closely. If you are looking for a doctor who is going to flash shiny teeth at you and talk in circles around your questions, I'd say he's not your guy.

Perhaps hard of hearing. Difficult to communicate with him. Probably good hearted but I need a real doctor!
