Dr. Stephen James Mccullough

My son received services through Dr. McCullough in September, we had two visits and ended further sessions. When I first met him he asked if I had taken the vaccine, I told him I hadn't but that my son (who was present) had been given the choice and he chose to take it. I was hoping to get the focus back on my child and get started with the session .. which was meant for him. He continued to ask me questions about why I hadn't. I changed the subject again back to my child and he laughed. The next session he did the same when it was our turn to talk. He couldn't shut the door fast enough for what he wasn't continuing the discussion he tried to have weeks prior. I wrote him an email afterwards to express my concerns about that and he apologized saying "he was merely starting a conversation", but clearly I did not care to have that conversation with him and felt it wasnt the focus of the session. When we decided to discontinue services with him, I asked for my sons records. Not only did he record my answers to his questions about the vaccine on my sons medical record (which I thought was strange), he also misquoted me in the initial intake and did not ammend it when I requested. I would not suggest Dr. McCullough for his unprofessionalism.
