Everything about this office and staff is wonderful. Did not have to wait long to get back to dr. area, x-rays or the actual visit. Dr. Greenfield is very caring and took all the time needed to explain things and went the extra mile to be sure I understood the treatment plan. Highly recommend.

Amazing care! He has helped me become pain free while walking and still being able to be an athlete! Felt very at home, i could call when i had questions and they got back with me fairly fast!

Dr Greenfield and staff are awesome. They listen to your questions and concerns and take the time to answer everything. They don’t try to rush you through your appointment. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Stephen Greenfield did an excellent job guiding me through the process of recovery for my ankle fractures. His guidance and direction were impeccable. His concern for my healing with both my diet and exercise from diabetes showed me that he was just not there to make money but to Aid in my recovery. I would highly endorse Dr. Stephen Greenfield as I first hand experienced excellent patient care from him. Terrific experience and terrific outcome!

I had the best experience with the medical profession ever with Dr Greenfield. He went above and beyond his duties. If you have a bad ankle this is the Doctor you want to have to do your surgery. 5+ stars

Dr. Greenfield was very thorough in detailing/explaining my x-ray and in the physical examination of my Achilles Tendon issue. He detailed my next steps, physical therapy needed as well as the do's & don'ts until the issue has been mitigated. He answered all my questions and was very professional.

I felt as though I was being shamed over my weight the entire visit. I am to be made to suffer because I am “overweight “

I went to orthoindy because I sprained my ankle twice with in a month. First they did an X-ray and the tech was super nice and accommodating, than I saw Dr. Greenfield. He and his team were very nice they got me in the same day and recommended a solution to my problem. Definitely would recommend them for your orthopedic needs.

Dr Greenfield is a thorough and compassionate doctor. Due to his excellent care, I can now walk without pain.

I recently took a tumble and fractured my left ankle, which led me to a visit at OrthoIndy St. Vincent Carmel. The injury happened on a weekend, so I initially visited the OrthoIndy Northwest Urgent Care clinic for x-rays. My follow-up was scheduled with Dr. Stephen Greenfield, a foot and ankle specialist. A few years ago, I saw a different doctor for the same injury (I'm clumsy) and was not super impressed, but I instantly liked Dr. Greenfield. He evaluated my injury and gave me a clear timeline for recovery, answering all my questions. He even recommended I begin taking calcium supplements as part of my diet to increase my bone density and (hopefully) prevent further injury. I appreciated that he was looking beyond this injury to include recommendations for preventive care. This office is small compared to the main OrthoIndy campus, but they can do x-rays, casts and exams just like the other locations. I was particularly impressed with the friendliness of the staff, from the receptionists to the nurses and x-ray technicians. All my interactions were positive, and they went above and beyond to help me carry things since I was on crutches. I should also add they are timely, and my appointments were always on time (or very close). I hope I don't need orthopaedic services again, but if needed, I will visit this location for its convenient location, friendly staff and knowledgeable doctor. Dr. Greenfield and all the staff at OrthoIndy Carmel are great! Dr. Greenfield took the time to discuss my treatment options, including non-surgical approaches, and to answer all my questions. When I made the decision to proceed with surgery, I felt informed and supported in this choice. However, I'm also confident that I would have felt the same way had I opted to avoid surgery instead. The OrthoIndy staff was able to quickly coordinate to include me in the busy surgical schedule just days later in order to get me started sooner on the road to recovery, and I've always felt that my time is equally valued. My follow-up appointments were always on-time, and while still feeling thorough, they were well-paced and I never spent much time just waiting to be seen. Plus, the staff (including Dr. Greenfield) are friendly and genuinely seem to care about patients and want them to succeed in their recovery. While I'm hoping to never need ankle surgery (or any treatment) again, I wouldn't hesitate to schedule that care with Dr. Greenfield and OrthoIndy! I arrived 50 minutes early and was immediately taken in for service. Every staff person introduced themselves by name and said how they would assist me. Dr Greenfield made me very comfortable. He seemed to know what he was talking about. Personal and Professional. Highest recommendations for him and OrthoIndy.

Dr Greenfield was extremely honest and caring! He reassured me I was in good hands! I had dislocated my ankle and was sent home by community hospital. He assured me I would be fixed that day and a couple hours after seeing him I was in surgery. I had was happy with how he treated us in a timely manner and took me seriously. Dr spent ample time with me explaining my condition and surgery/recovery. Staff were all friendly and professional. Left feeling confident I was in the best of hands to correct my problem.
