Horrible front staff. Very rude and disrespectful. My husband and I will never step foot into this office again. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone I know.

I will NEVER dare step foot in this office. I spoke to Beverly to make an initial appointment. Appointment was set until I mention I was waiting for my husky insurance card replacement as my wallet w as s stolen. Beverly said it would be a problem although she could verify my insurance online. I'd know because I work at a medical office. Instead of agreeing with me and being empathetic both the ladies I spoke too decided to continue to be difficult. I even offered to print out my eligibility code and verification. they STILL chose to continue arguing with me and be very rude until I lost my cool. I can't believe these people work at a facility where CARE is supposed to be the priority. Terrible customer service they refused to allow me to speak to a superior or to leave the DR a message. Clearly they don't like to work and help and CARE for people. If you are thinking about coming to this office. Please DON'T BOTHER.

I can’t build a longterm relationship with a doctor’s office if it’s this visibly dirty. Staff is rude and inattentive. I would never want to come back. 1. This is the OLDEST medical office I’ve seen in this area -- from the 1970-80s. I actually photographed it to show my family. 2. Uncovered electrical outlets. 3. DIRTY fabric chairs that are decades old. So grimy, you can see obvious yellow dirt on it from years of patients sweating on the fabric. 4. Half doors in the treatment room with a gap. I could hear everything that the dr and patient were saying next door. Provides Zero patient privacy or confidentiality. 5. No one in the waiting room and yet they kept me waiting for an hour past my appointment time. I simply walked out and said “pls don’t charge insurance for this visit. All I did was waste time here.” Cannot recommend any medical office like this.

I was referred to Dr. Breda & when I called to make an appointment, I was given an appointment, that very day! Dr. Breda has a wonderful bedside manner, explains everything he's doing, answers all questions thoroughly. Couldn't have asked for a better visit with a physician.

Takes concerns seriously, extremely Knowledgeable/thorough, and puts patients needs first.

Dr. Breda is wonderful! He checked my throat and vocal cords to find the source of a persistent throat soreness and prescribed a nasal spray medication that ended two weeks of discomfort after one day of use!

The only reason this place gets more than one star is because of Dr.Breda. He is so nice and understanding and very professional. His staff is the total opposite of him and does not represent his name well. They are very rude, untimely, and make you feel like their shortcomings are your fault. Dr Breda was great; he was very helpful. His staff however wasn’t very friendly. His nurse was also rude to me. Though Dr. Breda was great, his unwelcoming staff make it unlikely for me to return.

After suffering 15 years with a chronic cough and clearing of throat and seeing a total of 6 different ENT doctors in both New York City and Connecticut Dr. Breda was the only one that correctly diagnosed and solved my problem. I had both GERD and a nasal bone spur (5mm) in size. I had an operation for GERD (Neilson Fundoplication) and hoped this would solve the chronic cough, but it only helped. It did not solve the problem. I obtained a second opinion which confirmed acid reflux was no longer the issue. Then I had a CT scan of my sinuses which revealed a large bone spur. All 5 other ENTS cleaned my ears, told me I had a deviated septum and recommended I drink more water and change my diet. Only Dr. Breda suggested that the bone spur may be contributing to the coughing problem. I had a septoplasty procedure and the cough it now gone. Thank You Dr. Breda!!! Worthy of 10 stars! Dr. Breda is an excellent physician and a real pleasure to be treated by. I have always been polite to his staff and they have always treated me very well in return. When other doctors have been unable to diagnose and address the issue, Dr Breda has always come thru for my family and I.

His staff was kind to me. He was an absolute pleasure. I feel safe with Him going to do my procedure. He smiles, He nice, I feel confident! May God Continue to Bless His Healing Hands

Top Notch Dr. Had a little cold that turned into a major ear infection with a torn eardrum - Dr. Breda was attentive, reactive, explained all to me. Appointments easy to make and he was on time!! And he took his time with care - highly recommended.

Called to schedule appointment for my daughter's broken nose. I was told she could not been seen for several days. Unacceptable!

Only Doctor that’s ever believed me about my problems

He listens, believes you and is patient and professional. If I could rate higher I would, he changed my life when other doctors left me suffering. Can't recommend enough!!!

One of the worst doctors I've seen. Poked a hole in my eardrum and gave me migraines for two weeks! Got testing done at Yale and the problem I went in for isnt even coming from my ear!!! Best part was the $600 bill for the "surgical procedure" that made me scream through the whole office. So embarrassing. Please go anywhere but this guy!

EXCELLENT DOCTOR, BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN... very courteous, professional, and actually CARES about his patients... my uncle has been going to him for YEARS, and now I am... couldn't ask for or find a better doctor anywhere... and the staff were very courteous, and helpful, just an all around great doctor and staff

I love it there, have never had a problem!

Dr. Breda will take the time to find the cause of whatever is going on.....he listens and us extremely thourough with the examination and diagnostic testing before making a diagnosis. He is a caring doctor who realizes that everything is connected and treats the whole patient, which is rare for a specialist. He is knowledgeable, patient, explains clearly what is or could be going on and is genuinely concerned about his patients. Wish I could go to him for everything.

Worst experience. I seen him in the past and all he wants to do is take out my tonsils mind you 4 other ENTs said I don't need them out. Then he sticks a needle in my tonsil makes it worse. And the staff!! Worst people I've ever dealt with by far. Rude unprofessional and no clue!!! Trust me I wouldn't write this if I wasn't extremely mad and telling the truth. Go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor.
