Dr. Bindner at Medtopia Medical Clinic is a wonderful doctor that listens and cares about his patients. Wait was minimal. He had great availability.

I had an appointment to discuss my xrays. I forgot my insurance card. The receptionist made a scene in front of a packed waiting room. She accused me of not having insurance and refused to let me see the doctor. On reflection I believe she did me a favor. Binder does not communicate well. He does not discuss test results well. I have found better health care.

Horrible wait times, several days to respond to messages, no attention to detail, and then received a letter that he is only seeing geriatric patients. Do not go to this doctor or this office.

Update.....I arrive at my 8am appointment and they tell me it was rescheduled again.....NEVER COMING BAK TO THIS DOCTOR! Super rude staff. I made an apt at the start of October for the end of it...they called a day before saying they have to cancel because they are too busy to have me in. Schedule another one for mid November...4 different times due to the same reason. The last time they said the next open spot is mid February!!! Done with this place. Very disappointed with this office and doctor. After trying for 3 years, we finally left to find another doctor and practice. After "physical" examinations where the doctor spent more time buried in the computer than even interacting with us, we were told "that's just the way it is now." Received a letter that he is only treating Geriatric patients now. I would not trust someone who can't advocate for themselves here.

Not a sports medicine doctor. Only sees geriatric patients now. Rude staff, no attention to detail. Cancels appointments. Better luck going to generic “doc in a box.” Avoid this practice.

Dr. Bindner has been my doctor for 15 years. Great doctor and would highly recommend.

Dr. Bindner is thorough, patient, versatile, and extremely smart. He has helped me with things that even specialists where unable to help with. He sometimes runs late, however, that is because he is patient and thorough. If you want a quick (drive-through) doctor (as most of them are) then get someone else. If you want a professional that really cares, is up-to-date, and knows what he knows and what he does not know (aka "wise") then Dr. Bindner is your man!

RUDE OFFICE STAFF!!! Every time I call to schedule an appointment the staff are rude, and they do not care about business or the customer. They hang up on you as soon as you have scheduled or sound as if they don't even want to be on the phone period. I actually like the Doctors and the NP but they need new office staff. I have tried to schedule two separate times, when they hung up on me I called back to cancel. Don't waste your time. RUDE OFFICE STAFF!!! Dr. Bindner is a excellent physician. His calm, soothing demeanor definitely contributes to his wonderful bedside manner!!

Very, very, very difficult to obtain refills on your prescriptions. My last refill was on 12/21/15 in which his Nurse Practioner told me to come back in 3 months. When I went to obtain a refill, I was unable to until I made another appointment. The appointment was made 2 months after my last visit. Dr. Bindner is a wonderful doctor, with a staff that could care less about you.

Willing to go the extra step to listen and to get me going again. Excellent patient listening skills and very willing to explain any medical question I have in lay terms.
