Long story short, we have been waiting a 1 1/2 years for my 9 year old son to have vision therapy. We even switched our insurance over to one that they accepted. We waited a year for the first appointment. NO ONE ever called to let us know that the appointment was canceled due to a therapist leaving. The second appointment two months later was canceled because some equipment didn't arrive on time. The third apt they wanted to reschedule to accommodate other patients. Again NO ONE called us.
