I felt a bit rushed during my visit. After the visit, I found out that the Billing Dept at this office refused to submit the exam portion of the claim to my vision carrier. When asked, the response I received was "We are "medical doctors" and only submit to your medical carrier. My vision benefits (this practice is listed as In-Network) allows for a 100% covered exam. However, their billing refuses to submit to them. As a result, I will be changing vision providers to a practice that honors contractual commitments.

She was super friendly and efficient. Totally respected my covid concerns of being in an eye doctors office. Had a staff cleaning before and after every patient

Unnerving

Dr levy is a very good eye Dr. and very pleasant. The staff is awful!. The receptionist never listens gives call to wrong person, cant give you the information, and I and am treating my glaucoma with MMP which is awesome for lowing the pressure. these Drs do not request information from Drs was told me i would have to pay to get my own paper with diagnosis and treatment done. My record costs money? Dr Levy is great staff is horrible! Wont recom. staff is that bad.

Very skilled caring professional.. now relocated in Dover from Denville. She has been managing both my wife and me for about three years. Strongly recommend.
