She is awesome… I’ve seen her from my diagnosis in 2006. I love how she talks to you and informs you on new info in the diabetic world…

I have been to 2 other endocrinologists but I’m glad I found Dr Hecker. She explained my condition well and listened to all my concerns.

Dr Hecker is caring and very knowledgeable. She is genuinely happy for me now that my diabetes is well controlled and lost weight.

Excellent doctor, compassionate and lovely person

She did a needle biopsy on a thyroid nodule. Pathology lab didn’t get enough cells to make a diagnosis. Went in for a second needle biopsy. She decided she could not do it during the 2nd procedure. Now I need to go somewhere else.

She was rude and unprofessional and would not listen to anything you had to say. At one point she actually snapped her fingers at her nurse because she didn't move fast enough.

I’ve been her patient since she joined this practice which was around 2006. She took over another doctor who passed and she’s been managing my type 1 and insulin pump. Great doctor! I’ll stay with her forever

She was recommended by my colleague because I was looking for an endocrinologist to help me with my thyroid cancer. She’s very thorough and I have full confidence in her.

As a new patient, my appointment went well. We discussed treatment options for my thyroid condition and she answered my questions without being condescending

Dr. Hecker is an excellent doctor. I would highly recommend her. I like she is straight forward and to the point and friendly. She wants to see her patients meet their goals. 5 stars

Dr. Hecker is good; however her nurse, Christie, and office manager are rude and unprofessional.

I enjoyed our visit. She will be stuck with me for awhile because I felt comfortable and confident in her approach, demeanor, and knowledge.

she is a great doctor but her front office people are rude. In trying to explain an insurance change they would not listen and talked overthe explanation my husband tried giving and spoke in a rude monotone which displayed that she didn't care what I had to say. As if to sayit was her way or the highway. i spent 15 years teaching people telephone manners,s so i know that tone and inflection can display rude behavior just easily as what is said .as much as i like doctorH, i won't be returning.

First rate physician. Knowledgeable in her specialty, I've always had a very positive office experience, and her office staff has always been courteous and responsive.

I have been going to Dr. Hecker for a little over a year now. The first time I went to her my diabetes was REALLY out of control and she was not happy about my eating habits and blood sugar/ A1C. Over the year things are looking better with the right medications and better eating habits. She is a really nice lady but doesn't beat around the bush and will definitely put you in your place if needed. I would recommend her to anyone struggling with their diabetes/thyroid.

I thought Dr Hecker was a great MD. I have been a patient for at least 3 years. The last 2 times I saw her, she was literally retching at me. She couldn't even look at me in the eyes. On the follow up visit, she never looked at me. She was very unprofessional with me. She knows what she said and how she made me feel. She humiliated me. She continued filling my RX's for a whole year, before the RN called to acknowledge my absence. I will never recommend an MD who looks down at their patients.

Not helpful if you are looking for answers for an undiagnosed condition. She ran labs on me and when my levels were "normal" she dismissed me all together.

Hey I really don't want to give negative review but the billing department that I had a talk with is so rude and disgusting. They need to be nice for its customers.

My diabetes was out of control really bad before I had come to see Dr Hecker. She has got it leveling out. I am very pleased with her bed side manner. I have had several doctors try to get it under control. She is a fantastic doctor.

I have been with Dr. Hecker for the last 3-4 years and she has helped me with not only thyroid and finding out that I have Hashitmotos but now has taken over my diabetes and has gotten it on track as well. The office staff at the front when you arrive not a fan of AT ALL, love the girl who checks you out and assigns your next visits. She is nice and always has a smile and that is helpful when you are dealing with medical issues.

She was rude and walked out while I was asking questions. It appeared that she wasn't knowledgeable about my disorder.
