Fantastic experience! Dr. Shuaib was professional and patient with me during the entire process. The cosmetic benefit is lovely and I’m very satisfied with the results. The office staff was friendly and efficient and the whole process was managed well for a positive outcome. Highly recommend.

Great DR and very professional. Never waited less than one hour in the reception area. Appointments are scheduled every 15 minutes which is unrealistic. One delay and the domino effect starts. Be ready to wait a long time.

I called early in the morning, expecting to have to wait a few days before the doctor could see me, however the receptionist was very kind and said they could see me this morning. I arrived, & it was a very quick and stress free check-in process, especially with being a new patient. I waited maybe only 15 min before seeing the doctor, and he was great!! Very professional, attentive, and overall helped calm my nerves of my ear ache. After giving me his recommendations on easing the pain, I'm already feeling relief after being in pain for more than 2 weeks. Highly recommend. Staff is very friendly as well. Dr. Shuaib is phenomenal! I had been having problems for years and from the very get go Dr Shuaib took the time to review my history and look into all possible treatments before any discussion of possible surgery. He was patient, thorough and explained all of my options. I can’t begin to explain the feeling of being able to breathe through my nose again! All I can say is “Amazing”! I feel well rested, alert and more energized! I would definitely recommend him! I've been to two ENT doctors. Dr. Shuaib treated me great and explained everything. He covered two items the first ENT never mentioned. I was not rushed. The staff is well organized and the office in Mission is great.

I'm very happy with the results of Dr. Shuaib's surgery on my sinuses. I don't have any symptoms anymore and had been suffering for years. He is very competent, good bedside manners and his office staff is very friendly.

This office has the most friendly staff. I wish more offices were like this.

I've been to several ENT doctors in the Rio Grande Valley, but no one has even come close to the way Dr. Shuaib treats his patients. He is very courteous and actually takes the time to listen to you if you have any questions. You are not rushed, and he explains what he is going to do before he does it. His staff is well organized and the office in McAllen is welcoming.

The best ENT I've ever seen. Speaks to patients so they can understand procedures. Pleasant bedside manner. Listens to patients regarding concerns. Great office staff.
