Dr K saved my husband from horrid pain with a spinal fusion. His bedside manner was magnificent and he took time after the lengthy surgery to review it with me. Unfortunately, he was run out of town. I know the reasons, which are ridiculous, but will not disclose as it did not concern me nor my husband. We loved and adored this doctor, and wouldn't hesitate to go to him again. He put into my husband's spine screws that were incorrectly positioned and were pushing against his nerves. This resulted in extreme pain and extreme muscle spasms immediately after surgery. This doctor didn't resolve this problem even after the imaging scans showed the screw misplacement. We were unaware of the reason for the problem until we consulted a doctor for a second opinion and he found the reason by reviewing the imaging reports. Irreversable damage had been done to the nerves.
