Office staff is very rude, they only speak to you when telling what you owe them. My child was sick and we brought her in and instead of helping he told my husband we were bad parents for allowing her to have a pacifier. She just turned 2 and had a 102 fever whatever made her feel better we were doing. I would never recommend this office, it's sad because we really liked Dr. Sams but aft this we are done.

A little rough in my opinion. Also he thinks he can fix any illness and never gives referred my children to specialist for specialty problems. My son was constantly sick with infections and rashes, he blamed it on daycare. He Never ordered tests, switched Dr's and they immediately started testing and found my son had an immune deficiency. And they ALWAYS charge for well visits. If you don't pay then you are limited to what you can ask. I liked the staff. But maybe he needs to retire.
