Dr. Peters and his staff are great

Wish we got what we paid for. Very disappointed with our rushed appointment for both of my girls. Both having ear issues. Dr said my baby had fluid filled in one ear. Lots of wax build up he was going to remove. He said schedule tubes And rushed out and never removed wax or even gave us any help for her fluid filled ear. Zero help for my oldest just said keep giving her preventative nasal spray and antihistamine, which hasn't helped at all... Here I am 2 days later and my oldest screaming in pain from her unresolved ear issues. Glad to hear he’s retiring.. five minutes for $255 out of pocket. And no I won’t be scheduling tubes with a dr that is in such a rush nor will I have any follow up appointments with. Seeking new dr.. Wish we got what we paid for. Always on time! Spends a lot of time

He is well experienced, knowledgeable, and kind. Been seeing him for years and recommend him to anyone with vestibular conditions

For years Dr. Peters has taken great care of my entire family. He takes his time with the kids and talks to them explaining what he is doing so that really makes them feel comfortable at the appointment.

My experience with Dr. Geoffrey Peters was horrible. He was not thorough with me and rushed through my appointment. I paid $121 to see him for him to come in, rush through the appointment. I actually had to prompt him to answer questions while he was trying to leave the room. I went through a biopsy a week ago, as I had a 3+ centimeter cyst on my thyroid. I waited a long week for my results and an answer on whether or not it is malignant. I got a call today saying the results was "no diagnosis" which means they could not determine whether the cells are or are not cancerous. The nurse shared that Dr. Peters was "not concerned" about the results and to come back in 6 months. I am livid at the thought that a doctor would make a decision based on a "N/A" result that this is not a "concerning" matter and have a patient wait "6 months" to discover if they have cancer or not. Who wants to wait 6 months to see if they have cancer? My request in my last appointment was to make a decision to remove the area of the cyst or the full thyroid based on the results but was very clear that I didn't want to live with this cyst still in my throat for another few months. I am disgusted and feel as if I was not treated as a "valued" patient. In this world, black women's pain and suffering doesn't seem to be a concern to many doctors and this office has shown that this is nothing less than true for all of us! Doc Peters has been my doctor for many many yrs. He knows exactly what is wrong every time I've had a ear, throat, and nose problem. He has preformed surgeries on me and my 2 girls all their lives which are 20 and 15. I live in sulphur now and STILL DRIVE 2.5 hours to see him when we need too. Very very intelligent, nice man! Dr. Peters rushed in and out of our appointment. My young child was suffering from an ear infection. He said she needs tubes and left. We had to physically call him back into the room 2 separate times to ask him questions and also ask for treatment for her current infection.

Bubba has been treating me since my mom was pregnant with me. He’s amazing, quick, and kind. He does use a lot of medical jargon, but his nurses can always translate it to layman’s terms.

I had been having sinus problems x 4 months and had seen numerous doctors with numerous medicines. Dr Peters opened my ears up immediately and did several diagnostic tests. He has to be one of the best doctors I have personally seen as a patient and I am a nurse. Most impressive!!!
