Brandie is an excellent patient coordinator and scarlet was amazing and explained everything to me fully and make me feel more relaxed and comfortable. Dr okoro makes you feel very welcome and does not make you feel rushed and takes time to answer any questions or concerns you have. My surgery is in two days!

If you don't want to end up like me don't become a victim of this place. I had liposuction of the arm. And now I have to the live with the excruciating pain and trauma from their incompetence for the rest of my life.

Very very happy with Dr. Okoro’s work. I had 360 skinny bbl (plus arm and thigh lipo). I feel more feminine and less of a tree stump. Very happy.

Dr. Okoro was my surgeon. I got Upper, Lower and 360 Liposuction along with Bodytite. It's been 6 months and I'm loving the results.No more swelling and I see no scars from my incisions and my waist is SNATCHED!! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Okoro. I absolutely love the guy. He tells you the truth and does not candy coat anything nor does he let unrealistic expectations enter the conversation. Something that is rare nowadays. Most tell you whatever you want to hear in order to book the procedure. If you are lucky enough to get on his schedule I say good for you. He is booked very heavily. On June 8th I had the Fleur De Lis lipo-abdominalplasty and a breast augmentation and mastopexy. Dr. O has the best absolute bedside manners, but when it came to sculpting his masterpiece, he became a completely different person. There was no BS-ing around. His eyes never smiled. He was completely focused on the project at hand (which was me). He even told me that he is now my dominant...he will tell me what to wear, how to wear it, and how long to wear it for (my compression garments)...my only statement to him was "I love a man who takes control"...yes, I got a giggle out of him!!! But I say all of that to say this... If you choose to go this route, get you a doctor that will talk to you, answer all your questions, love on you, and support you. Then, when it's time for surgery, he is completely focused on what he is doing. I could see it in his eyes, he was looking at the finished me, he was looking at his vision of what he wanted me to look like. He was not being distracted by no means. Make sure your doctor knows what you want and what is important to you as far as how you look. If you're anything like me, on my journey, and you've put in the hard work but your skin won't let you be great, this is the type of person you need. I had a wonderful experience yesterday! I went in to take care of a scar on my face that I had gotten earlier this year. Yesterday began the process. Dr. Okoro was pleasant, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The staff was also great!

Dr. Okoro performed my thigh lift and fat grafting to my buttocks. I'm a month post-op and I can see drastic results. Scarlet his assistant is very attentive, along with Dr. Okoro they will address all your questions and concerns to make sure you are comfortable throughout the process.

I just want to let it be known Dr. Okoro is amazing at what he does. I got a ultimate mommy makeover and love the results. I haven’t been in pain at all. The drain was a bit uncomfortable but was worth it to see how my results came out. From the beginning the whole office team has been so kind and welcoming. I would not recommend anyone to go here. #1, I waited hours just to be seen. #2 After spending $4,000 on a facial injection after they told me I would see results soon and the injectables would help grow back my own tissue in my cheeks... both were completely false. 5 months later I’m looking exactly how I did when I first went there. Absolutely no improvement. #3 Let me not forget to mention the painful and excruciating experience I had with Dr. Okoro. Dr. Okoro gave me my dream body! After consulting with all of the top plastic surgeons in the southeast last summer, I chose a doctor in Houston to perform a supercharged BBL (butt lift with fat grafting and implants) after another “top” doctor in Atlanta told me I didn’t have enough fat. My results left much to be desired and I had terrible drain and incision scars, burns, wonky pockets of fat, and a MRSA infection. I reached out to the original surgeon a year post op to ask his opinion on a revision, and he told me I didn’t have enough fat. Before giving up, I decided to schedule a consultation with Dr. Okoro to see what my options were and what my body would look like if I began working out. He and his staff exemplified professionalism and kindness in my consultation and he reaffirmed my concerns before even hearing them - that the previous surgeon had not lipoed/sculpted me correctly and that my scars would need to be surgically revised. He has performed a Full Tummy Tuck and Liposuction, Back, Thighs and Arms Liposuction with a nonsurgical tightening procedure. I am VERY VERY VERY happy with all of the procedure. I came out with no complications non whatsoever. DR. Okoro's work is Phenomenal second to none! This very day my stomach is flat as a board with very very little scarring. He made a clean and precise cut. He is gifted and talented in his profession as a double board certified plastic surgeon that is back up with the highest accreditation that puts him among the elite in his field. The gift, talent, and skill is there, however, his bedside manners and notable COMPASSION is far exceeds the norm. Let me give a little backstory to confirm my statement. I was recently seen by a massage therapist, chiropractor, and back doctor. After x-rays and MRI and many session of Decompression therapy that helped relieve some the pain but not relieve the pressure and heaviness that I was experienced with my breast growing from a C-cup to a DDD cup. This growth was due to hormonal imbalances and me going through perimenopause. The back doctor referred me to a doctor where I lived which is 9 hours from Dr. Okoro's Office in Marietta, GA. I went in for a consult with the doctor that I will not name. All I can say is the office was ran like a automobile assembly line. From the first initial call from the doctor's office to the gathering of information that the insurance company needed to preauthorize this medically necessary surgery I felt like I was a number, the office setting was impersonal and cold. I view a breast surgery as being very personal, as a matter of fact I view all surgery procedures as personal. Any questions I wanted answered I had to get them answered in a group setting and had to wait a month until they had enough people for a group setting. It was quite awkward for me especially after having experienced such a personable, warm, caring and COMPASSIONATE environment at Georgia Plastics and Reconsructive Surgery. At this point, I remembered that Dr. Okoro does not only cosmetic surgeries but he does Reconstructive surgeries. Although I had already been preapproved and scheduled for the breast reduction and lift surgery at the cold and uninviting office I made a phone call to Dr. Okoro's Office, explained my condition, circumstances and the time constraints that I was up against. For a process that could have been quite overwhelming the Administration office and Dr. Okoro's medical team made it quite easy for me. A personal consultation appointment was scheduled in a timely manner for me, all of the paperwork that need to be transferred from the other doctors offices and completed for resubmittion to the insurance company was filed expeditiously by the insurance specialist, Toni. The Head of Administration, Aggie, ensured that every single thing was taking care of regarding my case in a professional manner. I applaud the entire Administration Staff at Georgia Plastics Reconstructive Surgery, Marietta, GA. Everything is done with such genuine care, compassion and concern. I want to personally THANK Dr. Okoro for a Big Sacrifice and Special Accommodations that he made in doing my surgery the same day he was going to Nigeria to work, "What a DOCTOR"and that wasn't the end of it. He had prepared me to see Dr. Park after who assisted him with my breast reduction and lift surgery. They coordinated a skype call so I could establish with them prior to my surgery. When I came in for my first appointment after I returned, the process was seamless. I usually don’t do reviews, but this is one of the biggest decisions and experiences of my life. Dr. Okoro and his staff did a FABULOUS job with my procedure in June. The whole office experience was awesome. Very friendly and efficient. Dr. Okoro was very professional and down to earth at the same time, which made my choice easier. He took his time in explaining what I can expect after my procedure as far as results, and he was even honest and upfront in informing me that a partial of my tattoo would have to be removed to achieve those results, which I was ok with. I was well informed at Pre-op, and they made sure all my questions were answered. I was even provided with the PA’s email incase I had extra questions before and after surgery. Dr. Okoro is phenomenal!!! And he knows it... which I love because that means he refuses to fall short of greatness. He has done lipo on my back, lipo and a tummy tuck on my abs, and he contoured the hell out of my abs!!! Dr Okoro and his staff were all very polite and professional. The office felt professional and welcoming and had many private rooms as well as services offered. Dr Okoro‘s work is excellent! He listens to your request patiently and offers an honest and professional opinion about it. He did excellent work with fillers on me and I am very pleased and satisfied with his work. Dr. Okoro and his staff are great at what they do!!!! The minute you step in everyone treats you with the utmost respect from the receptionist to the ladies at the spa to the doctors themselves they are all very welcoming and professional. The ladies at the spa are just as amazing as well.

I love Dr.Okoro. His beside manner is awesome. The staff including his P.A.(Jenny) is the best. This office really care about their patients and their well being.

My experience with Dr. Okoro and his staff has been great. There aren't enough words that I have to express my appreciation. I am going into my 5th week BBL post-op and I look AMAZING. I had no idea Dr. Okoro, would transform my body into something new. Prior to going I searched around, but no one seemed as professional as Dr. Okoro and his staff, not to mention I did not want to like a stripper after my surgery being that I am a professional.
