Great doctor; very happy with my care and surg results

The best ENT in Lubbock! We went through a lot of hoops to find the right doctor for our family. Now, a patient for about 7 years, we are still always so grateful for Dr. Potocki, Dr. Cleveland, and the entire staff!

I went to Dr. Potok I cause he saw my daughter several years back and was very good with her so I wanted to see him also I would recommend him. His staff is also very nice and took time to take care of your needs and explained everything so precise.

Short wait time, caring staff and Dr . Potocki is great as always.

Dr Potocki is an amazing doctor. He is very kind and a good listener. He explored every aspect of my vertigo and found the right treatment. He explains each step of the procedure and puts the patient at ease.

Excellent care from an outstanding staff. Dr. Potocki is caring, knowledgeable, and easy to relate to. I felt that I was getting personalized care with attention to the fact that I live 200 miles from his office. They are willing to accommodate needs to the very best of their ability! Dr Potocki was amazing with my son! Every was great and very kid friendly!

Dr Potoki did Balloon Sinus Dilation Surgery on me. I have had sinus headaches most of my life and am now on oxygen with COPD. I was having trouble getting enough air through nasal canola. Surgery was 30 days ago and I feel this was a very successful procedure. Folks there are very knowledgeable and I could not to have been treated any better. I have had lifelong sinus problems and have never had as good a doctor as Dr Potocki! I’ve had years of medicines for sinus infections with no relief! My first visit with Dr. Potocki was amazing! The fist thing, he listened to me to hear my history. Then he took an X-ray/ CT scan in office to see what problems may show up. Within just a few minutes, he was pointing out what my problems have been, semi-closed sinus drainage tubes on one side and closed tubes on the other side. He explained easily what could be done to open these tubes, a surgery in his office. Since that one surgery, I’ve had very few infections But when I’ve had an infection, he checks each sinus area, takes samples, and has special medicine made up to treat the infection. I’ve NEVER had a doctor so thorough, so willing to help, and actually does help as Dr Potocki has been!!! I’m thoroughly happy with his care, his office staff and facilities!! Outstanding follow up. Sense of smell 90% returned. Still low grade persistent infection on right side sinuses. Cultured to prescribe proper antibiotic. Next visit in 2 weeks. Outstanding care!!! Sept 21..After previous sinus, also had an ear tube in the right ear. Today, cleared the tube (was plugged up). Is causing some balance problems. Will follow up in Oct. As usual, Excellent service. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Potoki is very thorough and friendly. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Potocki was so so kind and so good with my five year old. He conversated with her and made her feel more comfortable. I am super thankful we chose him as our ENT.

My go to for sinus and ear. Seasonal allergies cause problems. Have had Balloon Sinuplasty, and an ear tube placed. Doc P is super. Straightforward, highly competent, get it fixed Dr. Highly recommend!!!

Got me in quickly and the staff was friendly and professional.

Very attentive and caring to my ailments. Completely explained condition, treatment, verified my understanding and answered all my questions. Dr. Potoki was amazing and personable.

Very professional and take good care of their patients

I arrive early and I was in an exam room in less than 5 minutes. I was seen by the doctor in just s few minutes. After answering a few questions the next step in my treatment was decided. In less than 15 minutes I was on my way home.

He really help my wife with her problems.

Dr. Potocki was great! His insurance people however are horrible! I have emailed them 3 times in a week with no reply. They were supposed to check my coinsurance balance the day before my surgery so they had an accurate amount due from me. They did not!! The day of my surgery they made me pay more than I should have. Two weeks after my surgery and they still have not filed the surgery on with insurance. I have a MAJOR surgery in three weeks and I have explained that I need my out of pocket to be correct. They have ignored me and refuse to file the insurance in a timely manner. I will NOT be returning to their offices since they cannot do their jobs!!! Dr. Potocki was great! This is one of the best office staff in Lubbock! Dr Poticki is an awesome doctor and takes time to explain everything to you to ensure you have a good understanding of what is going on. The staff is very positive and respond very quickly!! My family and I have been patients for years!
