Thorough, indepth and listens and doesnt just prescribe medication listens and helps the child and parents through the treatment

Updated Review: After taking my child to Dr. Knobler for the past 6 years, we were disappointed to see that neither her nor her staff were practicing proper mask wearing protocol while in their medical office. I witnessed this on two separate occasions and brought it up both times, even leaving a scheduled appointment rather than be exposed or possibly expose them to anything during this pandemic. After a week and a half of repeated calls, I finally was able to talk to Dr. Knobler on the phone, and asked her what her mask wearing policy was now. She didn't think this was a productive conversation, however - and told me I should find another neurologist for my child. Deeply disappointed and disgusted that someone who is supposed to be looking out for our community's health and well-being is not taking this virus seriously, especially when serving children who have underlying neurological conditions. When it comes to the care of your children you want a doctor who cares about your child. D. Knobler from our very first conversation instilled confidence by presenting a plan to which we could follow. Her staff is friendly and helpful and the doctor has incredible personal skills and repour with my child. She informs and cares versus others who have unsavory practices in my opinion. She is the doctor your children would choose if they could. When it comes to the care of your children you want a doctor who cares about your child. D. The doctor herself gets a five star rating but the staff gets a poor rating 2.5 stars every time we need a refill on medication it takes a miracle for the staff to actually send the request to the pharmacy.

The Doctor was very nice. But would never return phone call. I believe the main problem is the office staff. I called and asked why I didn't have a bill, she said they hadn't been sent out yet. Then a week later I got the bill with a notice saying it would be turned over to collections if not paid immediately. See picture, if I can figure out how to post it. Even though the doctor was nice it's not worth the extreme hassle of dealing with the office. The Doctor was very nice. But would never return phone call. I cannot say enough nice things about Dr knobler and her staff. They are all wonderful people. They go above and beyond to help me. Thank you so very much for the help with grandson's prescriptions!!!!!

By far, one of the best doctors I've seen. She's very nice, caring and knowledgeable. You can tell she loves what she does. Highly recommended!

Dr Knobler was a very nice and treated my daughter system right away. My daughter was comfortable around her and I felt all my answers and concerns where not only heard but answered.

How this practice exists I will never know. The staff and "Doctors" are very unprofessional, and try to "treat" beyond their means. I will NEVER take my children here again, and no one else should either.

this nurologist office staff are horible at their jobs they take forever to call you back they dont even have a email address and the eeg technichan is very rude .

I am so incredibly impressed with Dr. Knobler. She has not only been extremely helpful in my child's care but she calls me personally whenever warranted from her home no matter what time of day/week day or weekend. She is incredibly informative, gentle and easy to talk to. My child really looks forward to seeing her and working with her. We are so incredibly blessed to have her here in Reno. Dr Knobler was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. She talked to my son (11) like he was a person, not "just a kid". She explained everything and made the appointment enjoyable and informative, even though we were discussing concerning, serious issues.

I was very impressed with Dr. Knobler. She was kind, caring, thorough, took the time to explain things to us and very approachable if you need to get in touch with her. Office staff were friendly and helpful.

Our first visit with Dr. Knobler was on an emergency basis. We left Renown after 2 days with no diagnosis. He began having symptoms again and Dr. Knobler's office got us in immediately. They did an EEG and we had our answer. Dr. Knobler is patient and takes the time to address any concerns we have. We have been taking our son to see her for 2 years now and have never felt rushed during an appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Knobler.
