How does this man even have a medical license? Worse doctor ever! Extremely rude!!

I saw Spencer Olsen at the la mesa clinic and I honestly felt like I was being pranked. I thought to myself, there's no way this guy is a real Dr. I waited over 3hrs in the waiting room and the exam room because he was "out for lunch" according to his staff even though I had a 1pm appointment. He is extremely rude and hostile. He sarcastically asked me idiotic questions such as "well why does your shoulder still hurt?" and "what do you mean your injury doesn't feel any better?". He made me feel so uncomfortable, unwelcome and completely unheard. I even had to ask him why he was behaving in such a rude way and why is he talking to me like he has a problem with me. He said I was in "pristine" condition even though 3 mri's and an emg study proved otherwise. It felt like I was on a hidden camera tv show and at any moment the joke would be over and someone would pop in the room and say "gotcha!". This man should not be practicing and everyone should avoid US healthworks in la mesa CA. ( aka concerta urgent care). He was so rude that at the end of his pathetic Dr appointment he literally just scooped up his papers and walked out of the room without even saying goodbye or shaking my hand or even looking at me. I thought to myself, there's no way this guy is a real Dr. I waited over 3hrs in the waiting room and the exam room because he was "out for lunch" even though I had a 1pm appointment. He is extremely rude and hostile. He sarcastically asked me idiotic questions such as "well why does your shoulder still hurt?" and "what do you mean your injury doesn't feel any better?". Avoid at all costs, worst experience I've had at any medical facility in my 34 years. He should not be allowed to practice!

I found the doctor very knowledgeable and he was able to diagnose my injury easily. He gave me a rundown of what to expect during my recovery and a timeline of when I would be able to return to full duty.

Awful. This man has no manners. Thank God he's not an oncologist. He'd straight up tell you you got cancer without flinching. Hard to believe they let him direct a health care facility. Tells a lot about the other doctors.

Absolutely awful. A new low in standard of care. Hard to believe anyone gave this person a medical degree.
