Dr. Abboud was very timely, professional and understanding. She explained what she thought the issue is in easy to understand language and made sure I had my questions answered. If I, my family or friends needed to see a doctor of audiology, I’d definitely recommend her. The nurse who took me in for the appointment couldn’t have been nicer. At the same time, she was doing everything that needed to be done in a very confident and pleasant manner. The woman who tested my hearing Brittany also was very professional, knew every step she was doing and told me exactly what she was doing and why. Very helpful. I did wait for fifteen minutes for the first appointment and I was getting worried because my appointment with the doctor was scheduled 30 minutes after the first appointment. Happily all worked out and they knew exactly what they were doing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Abboud listened to my concerns and provided me with treatment options.

Post procedure visit at Penn Radnor office. Check-in was quick due to prior days' check in procedures via text. Appointment started on time and the RN completed all questions, provided expectations for the visit and administered nasal anesthetic expeditiously. Dr. Abboud was efficient in assessing post procedure status and continuing expectations up to full healing time. Dr. Abboud performed some required post procedure wound inspection and clean up clearly explaining what was being done, how it would feel and providing direction. Appointment was then concluded in minimum of time with post visit instructions and scheduling follow up appointment. Brittany and Dr Abboud were amazing. I was very nervous and they put me at ease. Their explanations were clear, direct and concise. The results were handed to me immediately and posted to the portal quickly. This was the best visit that I have had in Penn Medicine. Even Samuel at the front desk was great. I may need to find a PCP at Radnor as well. Thank you for a welcoming experience.

This is my first visit as a new patient. Dr. Abboud and her staff Kathryn were very friendly. Dr. Abboud even apologize for running late which was very appreciated.

Dr. Abboud was very personable and thorough. She was delayed because she was spending time with other patient - which is fine because she gives everyone the time they need.

Appreciate I was taken on promptly and that I was able to schedule my follow up with Dr. Abboud immediately after my audiology test. Dr Abboud and her staff were so very sweet and kind. They all were easy to talk to. I felt listened to when I expressed the reason for my visit. I appreciated the support and warmth.

Nice experience

Always an enjoyable visit even with COVID-19 protocols. In my humble opinion she is one of the top doctors around. Not only is she knowledgeable in her field she actually cares about the patient which makes all the difference. This shows in her staff’s actions also, never to busy to acknowledge the patients with a hello and smile.

Dr. Abboud was very nice and listens to the patient's concerns. In addition, it is a comfortable setting in which to ask any questions you might have. Excellent accept the wait .. that's understandable, but it was almost an hour past the scheduled time. The doctor and staff were excellent and the facilities are very nice.

The overall staff was extremely pleasant and helpful and Dr. Abboud was not only pleasant but she also did an excellent job in putting me at ease for the procedure she had to perform on me. She also took time to speak with my wife and I. I truly hope I can have her assigned as my ENT Specialist.

I went to see this doctor because of ear pain, ringing in my ears, and a drilling noise when I lay down. She just looked in my ears without any special equipment and didn’t bother to run tests. She said she didn’t know what was wrong and sent me on my way. It was a waste of time and money. I want my $80 copay back.

While the doctor was very nice...and staff kind...I came to her after seeing several other otolaryngologists who gave me a wrong diagnosis...I had throat issues since getting covid early that year. She said it was acid. I told her it was not and others had tried to treat me for the same thing. She did not listen and insisted I continue to treat it like it was acid. She was little help at all. It ended up NOT being acid like I said. A trip to Philly and an expensive copay later and she did not help at all. Kari was very polite and pleasant in taking my information prior to the doctor coming in. Dr. Abboud provided an excellent experience. She treated me in a friendly manner which put me at ease. She fully explained how she would perform the test and made the test effortless. Walking into the new building I was greeted by a super friendly woman who gave me great instructions and welcomed me to the new campus. Everyone in the grounds floor was friendly, quick. Dr Abboud is great. The scoping produce was fine. I’m grateful she has identified the cause of my blocked ear and prescribed a new nasal steroid. She discussed an alternative if this doesn’t help pre allergy season. A pleasure to receive treatment from her.

I went to see this doctor because of ear pain, ringing in my ears, and a dripping sound. All she did was look in my ears and said she didn’t know why I was having trouble and sent me on my way. With all of the equipment in the office, she could have easily used them to investigate more to fond my problem. It was a complete waste of time and money.

Megan and Dr. Abboud were awesome! I was anxious about the nasal scope but Megan told me it was not a big deal because Dr. Abboud was an expert at it and she was 100% right. Both were friendly and a pleasure to meet.

The young lady at the front desk was so pleasant, the Medical assistant had the sweetest disposition, was very efficient and professional, the nurse practitioner showed a great amount of concern and gave great feedback while collecting information about my symptoms, and lastly Dr. Abboud, was quick, effective, and displayed thee absolute best bedside manner, and very personable. Dr. Abboud has an exceptional bedside manner and was model for high knowledge level combined with warmth and patient focus. I am so glad that she was available so quickly to help me.

Dr. Abboud is an excellent doctor, warm and friendly and takes time to answer my questions.

It was very difficult to get an appointment being a new patient. Despite pleading with the staff in early Feb about my severe symptoms but still could only get in until April 4 I can’t help but think would I have still suffered hearing loss is I received treatment of 2 ear infections sooner. That said I loved Dr Abboud and think very highly of her professionalism knowledge, sincere kindness and caring attitude. She is one of a kind!

Dr. Abboud, along with everyone that I dealt with were awesome! My only issue was getting an appointment in a timely manner. I believe it took me several weeks to get an appointment which wouldn't have been a problem if I didn't have an issue that was concerning to me! I did call a second time to see if there were any cancellations and was able to get an earlier appointment by 1 week!

I had a very pleasant experience from the receptionist, to the medical assistant to the physician. Everyone was pleasant. I was taken into the examining room after a very short wait. The physician came in immediately afterwards.
