Dr. Sonia M Jimenez-Victores

This is not about the Dr herself but about her very unprofessional staff. They don’t return phone calls and much less answer the phone. You can call a dozen times and they will place you on hold. They don’t care what you are calling for. If you leave a voice mail forget it there is never a reply. I called regarding a prescription and not a chance of speaking to anyone. Rude is their name. The office manager doesn’t exist either.

Just called to make an appointment and just spoke to the rudest woman booking the appointments. Gave me attitude when i asked if there was anything available, had no manners whatsoever and clicked on me. Although this office had an earlier appointment than another doctor close by, I rather not even bother is this is the type of staff i will be dealing with. I have decided to wait until July and see another doctor at another office due to the rude woman that works there.
