She was my doctor for the past 3 years, I am a teacher and had to reschedule an appointment due to STAAR test training in April and because of her limited hours she couldn’t see me until September. I ask to be put on the cancellation list for this summer and then I get a letter in the mail saying she has dropped me. REALLY wow this is so not fair and I have never missed or rescheduled before. I have seen Dr Roshan for over 4 years. I changed today. She was quick with her assessment and basically acted upset that I missed my appointment. She said I told you to keep your appointments. Well I called her office 2 weeks prior to my appointment because I was going out of town. When you schedule appiontments 6 months out it is difficult to predict a schedule. She has changed her schedule and only sees patients until 3pm 3 days a week. I called her nurse 2 weeks before the won't time to get in her cancellation list and cancel my appointment. She did not cancel my appointment and never called to let me know when they had a cancelation. 1 month after I called to check and they said I wasn't on the list and they had to get a new nurse. Well don't be short with your patient when they are trying to get in to see you. You will lose patients this way. I have seen Dr Roshan for over 4 years. I changed today. I waited over an hour for an appointment that lasted 6 minutes. This was a 6month follow up that could’ve just been a prescription refill. She offered no information regarding my lab work except they were “good.” Looking for a new Dr.

Dr.Roshan is a compassionate,caring,kind,and professional dr. She is one of my favourite Doctors.when I’m dealing with her she listens attentively and answers all questions. Dr.Roshan is a caring, compassionate,kind and professional physician. I am thankful to have found her and be under her care. She has always been very attentive to my needs listening carefully and answering all questions.she is one of my favourite doctors.I feel as though Im in great hands with this knowledgeable and caring physician. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing quality care.

Extremely frustrated. I can never get a call back from the nurse, I always am running out of medication because it's a fight to even get it refilled, and called multiple times to cancel an appointment ( because of Covid) and it was still left as a no call no show and was then dropped as a patient. Was never taken seriously and always seemed like everything was just a guessing game. She's nice to talk to as a person, but talking to her as a doctor always left me disappointed. I called the nurse multiple times, leaving multiple messages, even spoke to a supervisor, and still didn't get a call back for THREE WEEKS. I'm left frustrated, disappointed, and plain exhausted. I can’t speak for their services because it’s almost impossible to get in to be seen. My doctor and myself have been calling trying to get an appointment set up for a week now and can’t even get somebody on the phone. Have left several voice messages as well. I need to be seen, because I’m sick, not for fun. Very unprofessional.

I have seen Dr. Roshan two times. She was very pleasant to be around. However, I have been sick two different times now and I can never get anybody to call me back. Her head nurse is terrible at communication and when you do get to talk to her she always acts like you're bothering her. I ended up having to go to urgent care both times just because I couldn't get in to see my Primary Care Physician! Dr. Roshan is a great doctor, but she really needs a new head nurse. I'm changing doctors just so I can get in to see my actual doctor when I am sick and going somewhere where the nurse will actually return your phone call. I have seen Dr. Roshan two times. Dr. Roshan is engaged, prompt, thorough, professional and compassionate. Excellent doctor.

Very good first impression. I have uncontrolled type 2 Diabetes and I went to see Dr Roshan . She spoke truthfully and added a couple new meds. Balls in my court now and I vowed to do better on my Diabetes. The whole office was nice and professional .

Dr. Roshan is a caring and sincere physician. She does not rush through your appointment to get to the next patient. She does not request unnecessary tests unless they are needed to diagnose. I wish more doctors would take the time to be more caring about patients and not prescribe unnecessary tests or meds for quotas. She is one of the few physicians that I have seen in my lifetime that treat all patients with her knowledge and care regardless of their skin color. Dr. Roshan is a caring and sincere physician. My experience was very bad. I went to her and all she wanted to do was run blood test (sometimes 10 at a time) which was unnecessary because she never helped me. Every visit with her was watching her ask me the same questions and look at her watch (as if I was a bother to her). I didn't feel valued as a patient.

Had seen Dr. Rodham for sometime. Then, blood sugars began getting out of control suddenly. She would not return phone calls. Her assistant said she was too busy to call! No longer seeing her.

My husband saw her for sometime and we thought she was good. Then, he suddenly became confused and blood sugars out of control. She would not return phone calls...I had to call late one night to get an answer. She told me what to do and call back in 2 days. Her assistant said she would not call back as she was too busy! He ended up in hospital and we fired her.

One of the best doctors I've ever had! Straight to the point and energetic during checkups. I wish I'd seen her sooner!

Wonderful Doctor, She is thorough and kind. She understands her patients needs. Her staff is also amazing. They are best known as the D-Team, Doctor Roshan's Angels. Amazing job Dr. Roshan. I need to apologize thou earlier I left a review, but it was for another doctor, and I got the names mixed up, by no means I wanted to give Dr Roshan anything, but a favorable review. So please forgive me.

Dr Roshan has been helpful in me moving forward with type 1 diabetes. Would recommend her to anyone starting with diabetes.

Dr. Roshan Watches and adjusts all medications as necessary. She gives good clear instructions and is generally concerned with your overall health.

I look forward to my visits with Dr. Roshan. She is upbeat, caring, and concise. I couldn't ask for a better physician! I recommend her to all my friends and relatives.

I am lucky to have found her. She discovered my adrenal tumor and helped me get the needed treatment. Without her help I would have had a lot of difficult to treat health problems. We need more doctors like her!

Seems tired and doing the office visit by rote. I get the feeling of disinterest. The office personnel are not friendly nor helpful.

I really like Dr.Roshan she is very thorough and wants to help her patients, she always checks me over good every time she sees me and has always helped me with all of my problems she is a great doctor and i recommend her to my friends and some have started going to her. She has a great attitude once you get to know her. she is reserved at first but a great lady to know. i enjoy having her for a friend and doctor.
