I will be sending all my friends here. I received my breast implants from Dr. Sofia Kirk. She really goes out of her way to assure patients are comfortable and well takem care of. Her staff is delightful, helpful, and overall just the best. They laughed at all my jokes (I'm not a funny person) and when I was being slightly (umm very) dramatic they treated me with care. Can I just say that yesterday I got a breast reduction/lift with Dr Kirk, and the results are AMAZING. She definitely exceeded my expectations. She also works with such a great team. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently moved to Jax and decided I wanted to have a breast augmentation done. I went from being a 36C to a A cup about a year ago due to losing over 20 lbs. Dr. Kirk is AWESOME!!!!!!!! She is very kind and the surgery she performed on me turned out fantastic. I had a Breast Reduction and now I have a size more relative to my body size. I had absolutely no pain and was back at work the next Monday. The staff at POSH is also wonderful!!! Thanks so much Dr. K!!!!!!!!

I called to set up an appointment for a Consultation and they asked me for my credit card number. The Consultation is suppose to be free, why would they need your credit card number? If you don't show up the Consultation was free after all! This is why your staff should confirm appointments ahead of time. If the person does not respond then take the initiative to take that person off of that appointment and assign it to someone who really shows interest in coming in on that day. If the person who did not confirm their appointment shows up, let them know they were cancelled due to not confirming their appointment. With all the credit card scams going on it is not safe to give anyone your card number over the phone. Your bank and any other credit card company will tell you that. If you continue with this ridiculous policy atleast set up a Secure patient portal on line for consultations, so the interested party can enter their own information on that secure website. I understand you have a business to run, but at the same time, the people who pay your salary by coming to you for these procedures should have some kind of privacy when it comes to their finances. Put yourself in the public shoes for a minute, would you be comfortable with giving out your credit card number over the phone to a random business? She is beyond amazing!

Very happy with my smartlipo results. 7 months out. At first I wasnt sure if enough was removed but I feel like over time the results have gotten better. I do still have two spots I would like corrected. But overall pretty happy.

Just had the bilateral breast reduction and I’m so happy I chose Dr. Kirk! She did an amazing job and made the entire process as painless as possible. Definitely recommend this incredible surgeon to anyone looking to have a life changing surgery!

I have been to Dr. Kirk's office on many occasions for many reasons including Botox, Plastic Surgery and consultations. My experience, with her and her staff, have been nothing but fantastic. If on a rare occasion I have had to wait more than a few minutes, I was informed on why and how much longer the wait would be. I would trust Dr Kirk with any procedure I was contemplating. I am a 24 year old female, no kids, medium build, and this was my first plastic surgery experience. I went to Dr. Kirk's office in Janurary 2017 to inquire about finally removing the excess fat from my knees. She was going to charge $2k for just the inner knees or $3.5k for the inner knees and inner thighs. I felt like the price for just the inner knees was ridiculous but I thought that the price for the knees and thighs was fair. I decided to book my surgery for April 3rd 2017. The day of the surgery I was nervous but excited. They gave me painkillers and xanax to take before the surgery. I was awake because laser lipo is local anesthesia. Long story short, it was painful. I felt a good portion of it. A couple parts were extremely painful. I was looking down a majority of the time and I noticed that she never touched my upper inner thighs. The area at the top by the pelvic area. She always stopped the lipo device about 4-5 inches down from the very top of my inner thigh. I trusted that it got the fat out but maybe I just didnt feel it? Also, she never turned me over unlike she said she would in the consultation. At my 1 week post op I saw the PA and i mentioned to her that i looked exactly the same. She said it was normal and to give it time. At my 6 week post op, I again was only able to see the PA and I told her that I look exactly the same and im not happy with my results. She said to give it some more time.... At my 3 month post op, over the phone before coming into the office I mentioned that I would really like to see the doctor this time instead of the PA. They assured me that I would be able to see the doctor. At the 3 month post op, the PA came into my patient room and I immediately got a bit irritated and asked for the doctor. The doctor had not seen me since the day of the surgery. The Doctor finally came into the room. I explained to her that: a) I look exactly the same. there is no measurable difference either. b) when will this bruising go away? it's been 3 months. It is now well into summer and I can't even wear shorts because it looks like my inner thighs were run over by a truck. c) I have matching bulges at the top of my shins ( that I did not have before) and I also have matching bulges in the center of my inner thighs. d) my upper inner thighs are not bruised, warm, or anything. they were not touched. why is that? After I let her know all of these things she said that I would be a good candidate for a touch-up. She said she would gladly touch me up but it had to be after 6 months. I had bittersweet feelings. I was upset that i got not results and needed a touch up but I was also happy that she was going to do it ( seemingly for free ). At my 6 month post op when the PA (of course) walked me back to the patient rooms and to take photos she explained to me that Dr.Kirk has taken the rest of the year off. WHAT! It was October 24, 2017. I had really wanted my touch-up done before thanksgiving because that is when i was going out of town to see a lot of family. I was really mad at this point. It is now late December. Permanent stains from the bruising are still here and very visible. My lower inner thighs hurt when any amount of pressure is applied and they hurt when I run or jump. The bulges are still here and even more visible because i have been losing weight, but those bulged areas are not losing fat since they have been altered by the laser lipo. I work out 5 days a week. So now I am irregularly contoured. Of course, my upper inner thighs still look and feel the same, because they were never touched. A week ago, I called the office to get an appointment to see the Dr. I was informed that she was back in the office and had been "meaning to call me". Wow. okay. There is no telling how long she has been back from her vacation but I should have been one of the first people contacted given the fact that she botched me and im months overdue for a touch up. (Breast Augmentation with saline implants ) I had no intentions on getting the surgery that fast or even getting it done period at the time on consultation. I traveled two hours away to visit Sofia Kirk and her crew and I absolutely had a wonderful experience. They was so friendly and helping and great at explaining everything. I went for my consultation and they ended up doing my Pe-Op the same day ! It was pretty fast considering it al happened in one day and so fast. I had my surgery 6 days later ! They had an opening. It was wonderful. When I get anything else done including my mommy makeover/tummy tuck ,I will be getting it done here ! I will also be definitely incoursging all of my friends to make this short drive to go to her for wonderful experiences as well!!! Dr. Kirk has excellent bedside manner, and I am very pleased with the results of my breast reduction surgery. I was very scared to proceed with surgery at first, but she really put my mind at ease. From the moment I consulted with Dr.Kirk I had nothing but great vibes from her. Not only did she take time to explain in detail what her path looked like for my particular case, she was kind, straight forward and nurturing. I previously consulted with various surgeons in the area prior to consulting with her, and my decision was made instantly upon our consult. Due medically necessary reasons I under went a full breast augmentation removal along with a complete revision and lift. She was completely forthcoming with her expectations during all consults prior to surgery as well as post operative. No question was unanswered and I ask ALOT of questions. She not only made sure to come in and visit with me moments prior to her operating, she also took time to speak to my family and explain all steps and expectations prior as well. Her staff is as amazing as she was. They treated me like family or like you would envision someone to treat there family, with care and concern. Her work was amazing and surpassed by expectations. I had a consultation in January for a tummy tuck. At the consultation I met Dr. Kirk. She is very friendly and took her time to answer all of my questions. I had my surgery in March and so far I am very pleased with my results. The Doctor and the staff are very nice and professional. I will return to Dr. Kirk for any future procedures.

My appointment was at 8:00 am/ I arrived at 7:38 am, just to make sure I could find the location. I entered at 7:50 am to complete my new patient paperwork. I finished at 8:05 am, put in an examination room and told to put a robe on and Dr. Kirk will be in soon. The soon never came. I waited for 45 minutes and Dr. Kirk nor her staff checked on me or made me aware. I left and later called the office back to express my concerns. ***PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.... POOR TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS****
