At this visit Dr.Zapata was polite. He was knowledgeable about test results and gave me instructions with my medicines for home care! He showed concern for my health and well-being!

No, I would not recommend him to anyone. He was rude, I’ll mannered, totally unprofessional. He kept speaking over me, kept turning around what I was trying to say. And complained that I was sent to him in the 1st place. But not to worry. I will never go to him again and I will never recommend him to ANYONE….

Very friendly, concerned, compassionate, attentive, helpful, and professional. Looking forward to future visits.

A visit was very intense but the doctor made me feel very comfortable and assuring his staff is really on the ball as he I feel very comfortable in seeing him and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone

The staff was nice. Dr zapata is always sarcastic to me personally. You have to take him with a grain of salt.

My first visit didn't go very well. My second visit went really well. He's a very good doctor and the staff very nice!

While the office staff was very friendly, this did not match the physician himself. The entire appointment he talked over me and wouldn't let me explain how I've been feeling. He also shot down everything I was able to bring up saying that what I'm saying has nothing to do with why I was there (ie. reasons why I thought I kept having migraines, repeated patterns, etc.). He also said that nothing causes headaches or migraines accept the way our bodies were made from birth (hormones, weather, physical activity, etc. has nothing to do with it in his opinion). I felt so uncomfortable throughout the whole visit that I had tears in my eyes half way through, which he didn't notice, and highly considered leaving mid sentence. By the time it was over, I couldn't reach the elevator before breaking down and crying. I absolutely will not return and I will not recommend anyone to that physician.

Dr Zapatta pays total attention to me and my problems. He makes me feel cared about and is never dismissive.

I don't see why people are saying he's rude and has no bedside manner. He has always been kind and loving and has held my hand also when I was sad. My first visit I was in the room for abour 1 1/2 hours. He is very through.I have tossed ideas about playing with meds . and he's said lets give a try. I think it's how you approcah people. They react to the way you treat them that's any human. Just cuz they are doctors they don't need to suck it up.

Dr Zapata took the time to listen my extensive medical and together we discussed the best route going forward.

I had one visit with Dr. Zapata. Initially he seemed like such a great listener. Didn’t think that would become a frustrating quality. After listening to me explain a brief medical history he completely denied the validity of a diagnosis I’d received. He then prescribed medications that only made my condition worse. When I messaged him about the effects the meds had his suggestion was to go to the ER for an injection of more of the same. My one visit became money wasted that I can’t recover.

He has horrible bedside manner. He's crass and rude and arrogant. He doesn't listen. He's unwilling to help or take suggestions. Hands down, the worst doctor I've ever had.

Dr. Zapata is a good Doctor but his manner is flawed. He treated me like a junkie because I needed a prescription filled over a holiday weekend when the office was closed. He was rude and unprofessional calling me delusional and refused to even try to help. I will find a new doctor as soon as possible.

Dr. Zapata is very thorough in his examinations and tries to explain things in laymen's terms. His bedside manner is not the friendliest out there but he does try to be relatable.

He is caring and had a genuine concern for me and my needs.
