A very nice person and capable doctor, but DO NOT schedule a zoom appointment with them unless you're ok waiting for at least AN HOUR in the queue for them to remember you, if they show up at all.

Dr Nader was a very nice Dr upon my first visit. I think she can and maybe an awesome doctor. However I am waiting to get results back from a CTA Heart Scan. It has been a week but I'm still experiencing things that could be cardiac or non cardiac. I would like a call at least to let me know what's going on. Even the doctors at the emergency room could not find my cardiac results. I pray it's nothing cardiac wise but need to know something. UPDATE I received a call from Dr. Nader's office this morning and was able to get information regarding my condition and also received an appt for next week. This review is on their billing and not medical service which I feel they do a decent job at. My issue is that I went in for a round of test and all were completed. I later found out that I was given a very expensive test that was not ordered by my doctor. I asked that I not be billed for this test and the doctor said she would make note so I do not get billed. I received a bill for the test that was never ordered and should not have been done. I have been calling Baptist heath and the doctors office for months for assistance and no one can help me. I have now been turned in to collections for this procedure. There is no one at the doctors office or a Baptist who will help all they do is tell me to contact someone else and when I do they say this is not their issue. I feel I will have to pay this bill to avoid issues to my credit. I sure wish the doctors office took responsibility for for this issue as I was not suppose to get this test. Lady saved my life

I cannot say enough about the knowledge, professionalism and kindness of Dr Nader. She is the best.the staff is amazing

Amazing bedside manner, discusses all aspects of medical findings in laymen terms, compassionate, no nonsense approach. Listens to patient and family, quick response. Very pleased with her care of my husband.

Waiting 7 weeks for the office to call to schedule an appt. No emergency thankfully so I will call them already suspecting it is not going to go well

Friendly doctor, but called her office four times because my blood pressure was recalled. She never returns a phone call. Even my pharmacy faxed her twice, and my thoracic surgeon left her a message, she never returns any phone calls.

Amazing Doctor, TERRIBLE office staff. Dr Nader is a great doctor, and a marvelous human being. However, the office staff at Baptist is ATROCIOUS. They are rude, they make a MESS scheduling appointments, and they DON'T ANSWER and DON'T CALL BACK for WEEKS when you run out of meds and need a refill. It's very hard to schedule follow-up appointments with Baptist Heart Specialists, and MANY times they make you see the Physician Assistants, instead of the actual Doctors. Never returns any phone calls

I hope this is the Dr. Simone Nader in Jacksonville, FL., as she is my cardiologist and I have only one other cardiologist I've been happy with other than Dr. Nader. She is a warm and caring doctor, that takes the time to visit with her patient and make sure she knows everything about them. I moved from VA to FL in 2015 and I had 3 other cardiologist before I found Dr. Nader and felt comfortable, happy and relieve that someone is looking out for me and cares.

Dr. Nader is very sweet and thorough, however the schedulers are terrible. At my initial appointment I was told I would be contacted to schedule a couple of tests. I received a call to schedule the testing, which I arrived on time for only to be told my appointment was 9 instead of 8 because of the order of testing, which was not told to me when I scheduled it. The woman at the front desk was very rude, sipping on coffee and smacking her mouth, rolling her eyes as she checked me in. Also the monthly follow up that I was scheduled for after my initial appointment apparently wasn't in the computer so when I showed up for that they didn't even have me on the schedule! Always courteous and extremely attentive. My mom loves her Dr. Nader in Jacksonville, Florida.

Dr. Nader is fantastic! I went to her after other cardiologists failed to listen to me and misdiagnosed me. Dr. Nader listens and is very thorough. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to women's heart health. In my case, other doctors were ignoring the fact that menopause plays a significant role. She gets it! When it comes to your care, she will not pull punches on your lifestyle choices. I have finally found a heart doctor that not only knows her stuff but knows her patients too. The office staff is top notch. They will get back to you very quickly and answer any questions. I've never had a problem getting in touch with the MA. Great office, great staff!
