Waited long in exam room … when he did come in he spoke at me … didn’t care to listen to my questions … my questions seemed to annoy and aggravate him … he spoke fast quickly summarized information from my file … then told me I’d be fine … he was with me more or less all of 5 minutes … he acted like he took no interest in me as a human being, lest a patient

Prompt. Very efficient friendly staff and nice offices. Thorough exam. Questioned history and listened to history. Supportive of patient's wishes. Happy to have Dr Jenssen as primary physician for my spouse's MS.

Dr. Jensen did not stop talking long enough for me to express my concerns. Additionally he denied my having symptoms diagnosed by other Doctors. He was over a half hour late, then did not address all my concerns and when I asked about them he waved me off and said we would talk about them next time. I came away with the feeling that I had wasted my time and confusion because doctors I have trusted in the past had been very informed, precise about my condition and listened to me!

While I didn't have very good experience with phone visits, I recently saw Dr. Jenssen in person for the first time. He was thorough, kind, listened to my concerns and took time to answer all of my questions. I am glad to be in his care for chronic migraines.

Need a Zero Star option. He failed at the fundamentals of medicine: "Always treat the patient, not the test results". I did my own research after the worst medical appt. in my long life and found the treatment for two mTBI's sustained in 4 months. He told me I was fine and he didn't know why I had symptoms because my test results were fine, and it didn't have anything to do with the mTBI's. I had no symptoms before two hits to my head including dizziness, headaches, light and noise sensitivity. He begrudgingly did a quick exam after I became visibly upset with him during the appt. Since Presby. has not done the right thing (after 1 year of grievances and appeals) and I had to pay the large bill I'm posting this, hoping it will help someone else avoid this MD if you have a concussion. Suggest look into HBOT treatment (#1 treatment for concussions), have your ears checked for misplaced crystals, have your eye tracking checked. Know that tiredness effects eye results.

Went to Dr. Jenssen for chronic migraines. He explained my options clearly and provided a medication that has helped long-term.

The one star is because you don't have the option to post without a star. The appointment never happened. It was supposed to be a video visit. When I had not received a call or text half an hour past the appointment time, I called to find out if the appointment was still on; I was told by the person that answered, that he could not reach anyone to find out why I had not received a call. He verified that they had the correct number on file to text or call. I called again almost two hours past the appointment time to cancel the appointment. The person that answered tried again but could not reach anyone to find out. I received a call about 40 minutes later and the woman who called said she had let the doctor know that I was available now, I did not feel comfortable entrusting my care to a doctor who was not attentive of his patients and appointments, so I canceled. I got a call another 20 minutes later to tell me that my condition was serious, I still did not feel he was a doctor I could work with. I may have reconsidered if the call I received to tell me that my condition was serious had come from the doctor.
