Today is 11/15/17. I've tried to call his office for the past two days. Got a message saying the number is not in service. Today I drove to the office,there was a note saying that they were closing the office 8/31/17. And if you want your records to ask the office people. There wasn't a phone number that you could call. I talked to a office person to have a prescription refilled on 8/21/17 and was never told about the office closing. No phone call I would like my records How can I get them?
