Dr. Sidney Charles Pruitt III

This office is great! Both Dr. Pruitts are wonderful! The staff is always pleasant and engaging. He did a thorough exam to know what adjustments I needed. Recommend this for anyone who is having back issues.

Love Dr. Pruitt’s office. I had headaches daily starting in my neck all the way to the top of my head. Dr. Pruitt did x-rays of the problem area. The vertebrae in my neck were badly out of alignment. Had an adjustment immediately following my consultation and it was immediate relief. I haven’t had a headache since that first adjustment. It’s made a huge difference in day to day life!

Dr. Pruitt is a great Chiropractor. He has wonderful bedside manner and it’s one of the best adjustments I’ve ever received. Highly Recommend!!

I was in and out very quickly but never felt rushed. Staff was incredibly attentive and courteous! Dr Pruitt obviously knew what he was doing. Even though I had been there a few times before he was caring and wanted to do whatever it took to give me relief. Words can’t express my gratitude for this office and the people in it.

The truth of the matter is that I wasn’t and didn’t realize how much pain I had been living with until a couple of weeks in to the care of Dr. Pruitt Jr. After seeing my X-rays and visiting with him I fully understood why I was feeling the way that I was. It’s been a month or so and the difference is amazing. They are very accommodating and the visit takes no time out of my busy schedule . I can't say enough about Cleburne Chiropractic Clinic. They have helped me so much with my ability to stand and walk. The staff and the doctors are so friendly and helpful. They really listen. This facility has great equipment and a very helpful and caring staff. Dr Pruitt is amazing and I always feel like I can run a marathon when I leave his office. Definitely the place to go!

Dr. Pruitt and his son are very kind and know exactly what they're doing, and the elcectotherapy doesn't hurt at all, and Dr. Pruitt and his son are extremely nice and definitely worth seeing. My favorite people.

Dr. Pruitt and his son have been a blessing!! I was referred by a friend and at first I was hesitant,but I sure am glad I came. I have been coming to them since October for multiple issues...from stomach hernia to sciatic nerve pain and even sinuses. I definitely feel like a new person!!

I've been seeing this chiropractor for a couple years now and really like the way they get you in, any time, as needed to fix your issue. The support staff are great! My insurance covers these adjustments well so it's really cheep for me.

Cleburne Chiropractic Clinic is awesome, I have scoliosis and carpal tunnel and the doctors were able to work on me and ease up a lot of my pain. It's awesome to have feeling back in my fingertips. They're quick and the service is great, also they don't break the bank if you need to go in for multiple adjustments a week.

Been having upper back pain leading to migraines for almost a year now, tried getting massages done to alleviate the pain but only worked temporarily went to Dr. Pruitt the beginning of this month and started feeling a much better difference! Dr. Pruitt and Dr. Sidney (Dr. Pruitt's son) are phenomenal! I've been dealing with some pretty terrible mid to upper back pain since having my daughter back in March and within a month I feel so much better. It's not perfect yet, but we're getting there. Absolutely love this chiropractic clinic! I was seen the same day I called; they even have Saturday appointments. The office staff is friendly as well. I wouldn't go any place else.

Receptionests are hilarious. Extensive knowledge in his profession, wonderful manners. A very pleasant experience all the way around.

Dr Pruitt is very knowledgeable and kind but does not hesitate to refer you if you need additional treatment he can’t provide. He is caring and listens to you. I have been seeing him for many years. I moved out of the area several years ago and drive about an hour to see him because I trust him.

He can adjust me when other chiropractors could not. Very professional, kind and caring. Scheduling is easy. I highly recommend. Office staff is very efficient also.

I've been going to Dr Pruitt for 2 wks now , I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and a herniated disc (Extrusion) pinching my siatic nerve , I know he can't fix it but he sure has made me feel so much better and has given me much needed relieffrom Pain , Thank You Dr.Pruitt

Great practice. Did excellant help with stiff neck. Has xray capability and a massage therapist. Has a clean facility and good receptionist . Highly recommend for your chiropractic needs.
