Dr. Sidney Philip Lipman

They never answer their phone when you call. It’s normal business hours and you can spend hours trying to get a person.

Dr Lipman has been wonderful. When my doctor in Buffalo refused to see me after Covid Dr Lipman took over and handled everything. I couldn’t be happier with him.

super rude. both times i’ve been there she had a horrible attitude and didn’t seem to care in the slightest. didn’t tell me any of what she was doing to me, and proceeded to get mad and threatened to leave when i asked what she had in my ear. been to dozens of ear doctors since i was four and never had someone like that.

Was not happy, the nurses were great but the hearing test doctor and the specialist were very rude, will never go back

Every one Hear is so Friendly and the staff is always great to my boy????

Dr. Lipman is amazing. I had been experiencing severe dizziness to the point where I was getting nauseous, severe ear pain & headaches. I was referred to Dr. Lipman & was diagnosed w/ Meniere's Disease & BPPV. Without his help, I'm not sure how much longer I would have been able to deal with being miserable. He is working with me to help my flares, & hopefully I can go into remission & be my normal self again. I definitely recommend Dr. Lipman! Very knowledgeable man! Dr. Lipman is amazing. What a great appointment with Dr. Lipman, I could not have asked to be treated better. He looked over all areas, instead of a fast this is your problem see ya. It was also nice and personable. He did not type on the computer but treated the patient.

Very thorough, gentle and professional. Explained procedures and plan for care in understandable terms

I went there in desperation, needed help. She brushed me off and didn't have time for it. I almost walked out and will not be returning. She needs to learn compassion.

They promised nothing and delivered less. They acknowledged that there is something wrong with my ear but did not do anything about it. No prescriptions, no advice, nothing. I'm rating two stars because they didn't automatically schedule a next appointment which saved me the trouble of cancelling it. Never coming back here again.

Dr. Lipman is an excellent ear, nose and throat surgeon and a cool surgeon/ doctor too .

Dr Lipman saved my life.3 other Doctors over 2 yrs said the fluid coming out ear was because of my allergy's I new that there was to much fluid to be allergy's Dr Lipman had the fluid checked . It was cerebral fluid . It turned out i had 3 holes in my skull I had 6 hrs of surgery to fix the leaks. Threw the grace of GOD and a great Dr. i didn't get any infection in my ear that could have killed me. I have been seeing Dr. Lipman for decades. He used to be a very compassionate and caring doctor, who took the time to visit with his patients. I was shocked by the treatment I received recently at a visit. He talked to the computer more than he did to me. He came off as very arrogant and egotistical. He is a very skilled and knowledgeable ENT specialist, however, treating a patient involves recognizing the patient is a human being! I miss the old Dr. Sidney Lipman. Doubtful I will return.

Dr Lipman did not help me with clogged ear, and had no explanation for me. Made me take a hearing test that I told him I didn't need or want that my insurance didn't cover for $75. Wouldn't go to him ever again!! He was texting while I was in with him.....inappropriate. Patients can't to that. Friendly enough, but otherwise disappointed.

Dr.Lipman was great along with his staff,he explained everything along the way and did a great job,wish all Doctors were as nice as he.
