Dr. Shweta Shah

Dr. Shah is very pleasant only when she gets paid. Once she is aware that she doesn't get a profit as much as she wishes, her demeanor will change totally different way: The office has already disappointed me 3 times - the recent one was when I was advised by three other dentists with highly professional credentials that it was unnecessary for me to have a root canal (last Oct.) for my protruded tooth. Who makes bit profits out of unnecessary root canals? They have not responded to my inquiry about this matter for months. Patients need to shop around, I believe.

I love Dr. Shah! She is very sweet and nice and really cares about you as a patient. She takes the time to listen to your concerns. Every time I go, I experience no pain or discomfort as she is very gentle but efficient with her practice. Highly recommend having her as a dentist. Every visit has been nothing but a pleasure.

I went to Dr Shah a few times and realize this was a terrible mistake. The 1st time I appreciated her conservative approach. The 2nd time she was aggressive and insisted on removing 3 cavities (1 of which was bothering me). She would not numb me at first and the pain was terrible. Finally she numbed me a little but I could still feel everything and for 30 mins I was in pain. She seemed to tire of me and I felt shut down and dismissed. She made me feel unimportant and honestly ridiculous in my pain. The next several weeks I came back due to pain and got the message from her she didn’t believe me. She couldn’t figure out why or where it was coming from. After 4 visits and not being able to chew on my left side for 2 months I found another dentist who was amazing. He redid the filling she had done and found she had fractured part of my tooth underneath and sealed it. He then dealt with the extreme sensitivity in my other teeth from the fillings she did. Caution! I’m glad I have relief.

She is simply the best. She has been our family dentist for years. I trust her wholeheartedly.

I am a regular patient since 2011. Every time I go there got nice experience and class 1 services. Will definitely recommend her to my family and friends circle.

After approximately 3 years of going to this facility, I'm rather disappointed and didn't feel like my best interest was considered. Felt slightly brushed off when complaining about something. Wanted a practitioner who was going to offer preventative care and really just felt as if I had one root canal after another (after mentioning pain for about 3 months during the last round). I'm disappointed as she's very pleasant. A few staff members can work on their bedside manner.

I have been going to Dr. Shah for years and not once have I had any problems with my teeth before I came to this office. My teeth weren't as perfect but she lectured me in to what steps were best for me and answered all the questions I had. I now go every 6 months for check up and cleanings and I have never been so confident with the way my teeth look now. Dr. Shah is the best!

I highly recommend avoiding this dentist. She blatantly told a customer that she "needs to pay for her daughter's tuition" and demanded payments for services that were not provided. I've also met patients who have had failed root canals with her but she doesn't even educate them about it.. instead she just extracts the tooth. Would never recommend her to my family.

I was very pleased with my experience at Riverside Dental Specialties. I felt comfortable and at ease the moment I walked in the office. The staff was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. Dr. Shah was very kind and took the time the answer all my questions.I was completely satisfied with my treatment and all the staff that was involved. I want to thank all of them for making me feel at home and in great hands. I would highly recommend Dr.Shah and her team.

DO NOT GO THERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE HMO WITH NO COPAY. I WENT THERE FOR 2 YEARS AND ALL THAT WAS EVER DONE WERE ROOT CANALS. WHICH ALL ROOT CANALS HAD TO BE DONE OVER AGAIN BY A SPECIALIST. ALSO MY ORAL SURGEON SAID TO ASK MY DOCTOR IF HE SHOULD REMOVE MY TOOTH AND SHE SAID THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR TOOTH. 2 MONTHS LATER SHE SAID I NEEDED A ROOT CANAL. I HAD 7 CAVITIES YET NEVER SAID ANYTHING BECAUSE IT WAS $0 CHARGE SO SHE WAITS TO YOUR TEETH DECAY SO SHE COULD Rip you off!

Dr. Shah has taken care of me for years. She is highly professional and her staff is accommodating. She is fair in pricing making my treatment affordable. Dr. Shah makes going to the dentist a very pleasant experience!
