Amazing Doctor and staff. They have always given exceptional care.

I would give Dr. Kapoor and her very unprofessional nurse zero stars if I could. She told me that if I didn't have surgery that there was nothing she could do for my pain.

Dr. Kapoor is a blessing. Not only is she beautiful, intelligent, warm-hearted, she is also sympathetic to her my/patients needs. When I walked in I couldn't hear myself think because of my pain level. She evaluated me, but more so she listened to what I was going through, becauseof the PAIN. She instantly put a plan into place, and said to me, the patient, if this is not going to be the best for you let me know, but let's go this route and tackle this first, and see where we end up at. However, you as my patient, please keep me informed about anything if it does not sit well with you or any concerns you have. I cried, because she heard me, but more so she heard the pain I was in, and she had compassion for my "tears of pain! Humanity, empathy, understanding, here for you, that's what Dr. Kapoor showed me on my first visit. Where my pain level was uncontrollable and unmanageable, Dr. Kapoor has helped to bring some comfort to the madness of the pain that had me going through turmoil day in and day out. Dr. Kapoor has helped me begin to put one foot in front of the other so I can begin to walk again. And for this she gets five-star ???????????????????????? We need more doctors like her that carries the badge of compassion and humility for her patients! And most of all for what she's practicing to give too her patients a good quality in her service as a outstanding and caring doctor ???????????????????????????????? And I can not forget about her amazing wonderful phenomenal staff! Ariel greets us with a warming smile from her eyes because we all are masks-up right now???? Travis was so helpful in my time of need and responding to my call and assisting me on what I needed to do. And the RN that has always taken care of me she is an angel.???? She is always comforting. She has eyes that dance with caring enthusiasm, because she is helping someone else. You couldn't ask for a better five star ???????????????????? team and they compliment Dr Kapoor to the fullest ???????????????????????? Please come see her, because she will help to make a difference in your quality of life if the pain is that overwhelming, she can help. Dr. Kapoor is knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Although her manner is sometimes brisk, she is a deeply compassionate person.

She was very disrespectful to me all because she saw I used Kratom, (which is totally legal) for my back pain. I have scoliosis and spondylosis. She acted like I was an addict and talked to me as so. I’ve never been disrespected like this by ANY dr before. I was wondering why she got so many low star reviews and now I know. She just has no sympathy for people due to her own biased opinions. Dr. Kapoor is one of my favorite doctors! She has never made me feel like my pain wasn’t real. I highly recommend her for spinal injections and RFA’s. Ashley, my check in RN, and Dr Kapoor were VERY nice and very welcoming. They both took the time to fully hear my situation and we're very understanding. Dr. Kapoor was no help for pain relief. She is a little abrupt. She had shots, but would not give them to me for my pain. She spoke English, but she did not understand the word, "Amputation."

Very disappointed with this practice - scheduled an injection in my back , having to wait 2 weeks until she returned from vacation. During that time, all non essential procedures were cancelled at the hospital. I had to go to the expense of going to another doctor to be treated, as he had a private practice and could. The cost of that procedure and doctor visit was less than the $600.00 “drug test” that was run by Dr Kapoors office to prescribe pain relievers while I waited for her return from vacation. Then being charged a high office visit rate for seeing her to get the injection scheduled. If you enjoy being charged the highest prices for nothing , this is the practice for you.

She don't Deserve a star at all, she talked at me and treated me like a criminal. I am not, I'm a Vietnam veteran & a retired construction worker for 30 years also I'm 72 years old. The Dr's that gets you dependent on pain meds is the criminal, I believe or the system. We should be taken care of instead of being tossed out into the world without any help. I wish I could give negative stars. Horrible experience with this doctor. Unprofessional and uncaring. I was there with my son one time, and would never go back or recommend her. She needs some training on compassion and empathy as well as professionalism and what is and is not appropriate behavior for a doctor. Horrible doctor. Rude, unprofessional, uncaring, accusatory. RUN away from this doctor. Needs some training in dealing with human beings. Needs a lesson in humanity, compassion and empathy. She was horrible, awful, attitude, very rude and her body language showed very rude. She was in with me for only 3 to 5 mins. I wish i could give negative stars. My 19yr old daughter has CRPS and lives with terrible pain. This doctor and her nurse treat my daughter like an addict. My daughter takes Gabapentin the doctor prescribed and smokes pot. They belittled my daughter and refuse to do anything for her until she gets drug counseling. The staff is extremely rude, I called to schedule an appointment and the lady on the phone said well the only thing we offer is shots. She has no idea what I am being seen for or my history!!!! What a true professional. The Doctor and staff are great to work with. I went to outpatient surgery in a wheelchair and WALKED out on my own. She truly changed my life. Thank you Dr. Kapoor.

Those that have rated Dr.Kapoor @ less than ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️stars must be going to a different Dr than I have been. I’ve been going to Dr.K’s office for less than 6 m & she has helped me SO much! My PCP referred me to her. I went in with a “this is a waste of time attitude “. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Dr. K really does care about her patients, she takes the time to explain everything & answer any questions I have. The staff @ her Ridge Mill office is also outstanding. Dr. Kapoor is only Dr. who has ever helped with my back pain. Rizotomy, &ESI have helped me live a normal life. I have suffered with pain for decades.

Was referred to this office for pain management for my husband after a horrible car wreck and was treated like an opioid addict. I’m upset, insulted and beyond !!!

The first time I saw Dr. Kapoor she was in and out of my room within 2 minutes after telling me my spinal surgeon gave me a wrong Dx. I was not given the opportunity to really speak with her about a couple of subjects. I felt like she was talking "at" me and not with me. I called my surgeons office after I left her office to be sure they had my diagnosis correct. The surgeon called me the next day and said they stand by their diagnosis and refered me to a different doctor.

She is an amazing Doctor she seems to truly care about her patients . and takes the time to explain everything so that they understand . and that is why I am taking the time to tell you all about this Doctor . I recommend her very highly hard to find Doctors like her . and I have many Doctors being a Cancer patient this is the first time I took my time to write a review as a matter a fact this is my first one thank you Dr Kapoor for dealing with me lol
