Dr. Natarajan really listens to your comments and concerns. He takes time with you and doesn’t make you feel rushed. His staff is an excellent source of support as well. I have a very high opinion of him and have been going to him for several years He works with my other providers so that the lines of communication between them Are also in my best interest. Be prepared, However, for long wait times or getting through to “live people “by phone. It’s obvious his practice is in high demand as well it should be.

Dr Natarajan was very thorough and listened to everything I told him. He gave me reason to believe my condition could improve. Very Professional!

Dr. Nat is my favorite clinician. I took my daughter to him at a young age and now I see him. He really cares about my pain with migraines and has treated me for about 10 years. I highly recommend him.

It took forever to get an appointment with Dr. Natarajan. When, I arrived he did not spend very much time talking about my test results. However, he did tell me that my B-12 was low and that I needed to get a B-12 shot. These results were from 4 months ago. Should his office not have called me if the low B-12 was noticed? As I was leaving the office I decided to get a copy of my blood test results. When I checked the results, it shows that my B-12 is high. Now, I have to research this after the insurance paying him the money to take care of me. That's disheartening.

Awesome doctor! Very knowledgeable and cares for his patients. He addressed my issues in a timely manner

Total wait time fair. Best neurologist in Memphis .

If he can’t figure it out in a couple tests, he will tell you you’re just depressed and that your body will heal itself. No other physicians have agreed. Sorry- A sudden random onset of difficulty walking, talking, joint pain and processing information is not depression. Also he said that I had to make a choice to wake up every morning and just “not be depressed”. Sorry- not how that works Dr N. He also does not play well with other health care professionals and work with their recommendations. He is too busy to take time reviewing and solving patient issues. He is only clinic half the time. The other half he is in the hospitals. I wouldn’t choose him as part of my “care” team if I were you.

Consistently thoughtful and thorough

First doctor in 20 years to successfully treat (prevent) my migraines.

He has a poor bed side manner, which I can handle. However, his office schedules to many appointments so he is unable to take the time to listen to a patient. When a person is ill, they are u able to process at the speed that Dr N goes. He’s a neuro. He should realize that people with a neuro issue ate t going to be able to respond at the rate he want them to go. When my fiancé tried to answer for me, he very rudely told him to be quiet that I had to answer. All of which upset me even more. My fiancé had my PCP recommend a different neuro. It turned out that I had had a silent stroke that a MRI immediately showed, but hadn’t be apparent to him in the office. The second neuro immediately suspected that’s what had happened. If Dr N had slowed down enough to look at me as a patient, instead of a number, maybe he would have caught the signs like the second neuro did. I’m now on preventative care so I hopefully won’t have a major stroke. Thanks a lot Dr N.

WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH DOCTOR

Started seeing Dr. Natarajan for Chronic migraines around the beginning of 2018 and he has been Great. Dr. Natarajan and his office staff as well have been excellent. They go over to help you with any Insurance paper work or appointments you might need. I had an appointment with Dr. Natarajan this week and he took time with me to explain new treatments for my chronic migraines, medications and listen.

Dr. Natajaran was a complete waste of time and RUDE! I was referred from the ER to see this Neurologist and he absolutely had no clue about my case. I saw his Nurse Practitioner first but once he finally saw me he abruptly busted into the room and was completely clueless of my name and my neurological issue and case. He quickly did a neurological evaluation within a minute and instantly told me to go back to the ER. He could care less about me as a patient and did not cure or treat my illness.

I would highly NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. On our initial/new patient appointment with my 12-year-old daughter, without ever meeting us or knowing her history he spent 5 minutes with us and we left with a diagnosis. He discussed This Diagnosis in front of my daughter, without performing any testing, the only exam he did was test her reflexes on her knees, & asked a couple of questions about school. HIS DIAGNOSIS was that SHE WAS MAKING THIS ALL UP FOR ATTENTION! PLEASE DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS OFFICE!! I hope I can spare someone the heartache of having this experience. *My daughter had a history of a skiing accident prior to our appointment with him, had visible swelling ( cyst like appearance ) and pain on the back of her neck, had previously been treated by her ENT Dr. for infection due to swelling & redness. - this was all in her chart before seeing this Doctor and was also discussed with his nurse in detail before he came in the room! Our family wants to speak out to prevent this from happening with anyone else. Please stay away from this office! I would highly NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. Parents please consider taking your child to someone who has time and want lie and argue without about your child symptoms. This doctor walked into the room with a suit like he was professional but was far from the word. First, they allowed his assistant to come in first which was a big mistake because she asked the same questions over and over again. I knew right off that she was not qualified for the job. She asked me about prescriptions which was right in front of her face but refusing to read. Finally, the Dr. Natarajan walks in a suit on that makes him look professional but don't let the suit fool you. He is very augmentative and tells you that you are lying about your child. What doctor does that? Then right in front of me he scolds the assistant for quoting wrong answers to me about doses of medication she was writing for my son. He yelled at her and told her he wanted her to have some with her when she goes into the rooms and write everything down or come and get him. Parents this is a warning DO NOT send your children here. This place has gone down hill and I will not be a part of his or the staff foolishness. When a doctor tells you that you are lying about your child get a second opinion. Read the reviews of these doctors because most people are saying the same thing. If you love your children do NOT put them under the care of Dr. Natarajan or his assistant they are both bird brains. Outstanding bedside manner. Dr. Natarajan is brilliant. He listens to me, my background, and everything that I have been through. We have a lot of ground to cover. I am doing my part to listen to him, as well. I only wish many of the other physicians I have been to would have spent the time with me to research and find the root of the problem, like Dr. Natarajan is doing. Do your homework and follow the instructions that he gives, and allow him to do his job. Have your questions written out; he will answer all of them. I assure you. Outstanding bedside manner. While I trust in Dr. Natarajan, his facility is continually disappointing. Most visits included long wait times, most recently a 3 hour appointment, and the medical record policy is beyond outrageous. I requested lab work for results I just received and was told I would be charged $20 to receive a copy. Rather than incur that cost, I decided to have a copy sent to my primary care physician and was questioned on why my PCP needs the labs. This experience makes me reconsider using this facility.

Dr. Natarajan has been my neurologist for several years now. He is straight forward and come across as rude sometimes, but he has so many patients and is always busy. He is wonderful at his job and has given me relief of my pain when no other doctor in the area could. His staff always calls me a few dyas before my appointment to remind me of my appointment. I love the staff there and have never had a problem.

Dr. Natarajan was direct, professional and listened to me while I explained my systems. I'm looking forward to working with him to solve my health issues.

Made 3 appts with this group. Which I had to take an entire day off work ~ lost money on the first 2 appts 1st appt.... I showed up and they said my appt was the day before. I wrote down and confirmed when making before I got off the phone. They would NOT work me in. Nor would they refill my prescription. 2nd appt... They cancelled in me and never attempted to tell me. Another's days pay lost. 3 rd appt.. I did forget. They called to tell me that I owe $50 for missing. r u kidding !!!

He was professional and made me well. No chit chat just ask where was I was having my problems and gave me botox where I needed the injections. And told me when to come back. NOW I NEED HIM AGAIN. AND I HOPE HE WILL DO THE SAME.!
