Very rude staff...

Warning! This woman does not know what she is doing. I went here in hopes to get relief from past trauma, I tell her everything she then starts telling me what I should be doing in life instead on helping me heal from the trauma. Enroll in school she says telling me to do things this way and that way and when I question her or say no that's not for me she gets upset with me, telling me with attitude and anger in her voice I don't listen an if i can't follow her directions I should look else where for help! it broke my heart after all I just told you about the trauma you act like one of my tormentors! I left her office in tears. She added more pain to my life I picked up smoking cigarettes again after her I almost gave up seeking help I thought they were all like her but God was with me and would not let me give up and I have found help else where. If you are ready to be an obedient child and do what she says to the letter then this is the place for you. If you are looking for healing then take Sheryl Monaughan advice and look elsewhere! Rude staff. I would not want to be wait listed to a place that does not respect (potential) customers.They called me to ask me for my information to add me onto the waiting list but the woman who called me decided to end my call to pick up another while I was reading the insurance information to her. During this first call, she made unnecessary comments about how there were changes to the way she did her job which had nothing to do with adding me to the wait list. When she called me back, I let her know that it was disrespectful to end my call to pick up another. She had a bad attitude and hung up on me. The only acceptable times to hang up on a customer is when the customer is 1) abusive, yelling, insulting 2) uses foul language, or 3) threatening the employee. I did NONE of the THREE above when I pointed out that her actions were disrespectful. Rude staff. I’m very satisfied. Staff was very helpful. Office is amazing. Dr. Monaughan is amazing.

Completely incompetent staff! They discriminated against me based on my diagnosis and my insurance type. Would not recommend. Stay away.
