I have had two bad experiences with two different doctors now, but I will discuss my most recent appointment. Dr. Mau rushed through my entire appointment after being almost an hour late, and she clearly didn’t know my medical history. She didn’t know when she had performed the procedure that gave me the painful and puffy scar I was there for. She didn’t explain the treatment she was giving me. At the last minute she rapidly went over the risks similar to the end of a drug commercial. At that point, I realized I was receiving an injection rather than some ointment or something. She also didn’t prepare me for the pain I was about to endure. She just jammed the needle in. It instantaneously brought tears to my eyes. She also had the the nerve to tell me that I had made the right decision as if she has any right to determine that for MY body. Lastly, she asked me if I had any questions, and then darted out the room. What little she said to me, she said extremely fast. Isn’t it amazing how if I were 50 minutes late to an appointment I would get counted as a no show and charged a fee? This doctor was 50 minutes late and gave me the most brief and casual “I’m sorry for the wait” and then rushed my entire appointment. A rushed doctor is a careless doctor. I have lost all faith in this office. I didn’t feel like I was treated like a human, I felt like I was treated like quick and easy money. I was very reluctant to try a new physician but now grateful I did! Dr. Retunda was kind patient and caring. She performed right facial cheek cancer removal surgery on me in her office and made it as comfortable of an experience humanly possible. I cannot thank her enough! LORETTA MONTALVO (Your Pt)

Dr. Rotunda's background and medical training were a good match for the type of care giver I was looking for. On my first visit I found her to be knowledgeable, thorough and a good communicator. I've had a number of dermatologists over the years in different parts of the country and I would definitely place her near the top. I'm a healthcare provider myself so always find it interesting to be on the receiving end. I have no affiliation nor past social interaction with Dr. Rotunda.

Dr. Rotunda has been my dermatologist for many years. I trust her implicitly and appreciate the time she spends with me. While I have seen other providers in the practice and have confidence in their skills, I always schedule Dr. Rotunda for surgeries because it seems to me the incisions heal faster and the scars are less noticeable than other experiences I have had.

I went to her a few times for different issues. I had a small what looked like a whitehead on my nose. She wanted to test it. I asked will this leave a heal right. She said yes. It didn't. I have a big old dent on the bridge of my nose. It came back negative. I went back and asked her about it. She said, (it's better then cancer). I I really didn't appreciate her remark, and my wife doesn't appreciate looking at this big dent in the middle of my face!

Dr. Rotunda is very detailed and thorough. She is patient and compassionate and takes her time to explain everything to her patients. She is gentle and has the softest hands I've ever felt!!! She is a wonderful doctor!!!!!

Competent and compassionate dermatologist who practices within an excellent medical office practice. I have seen Dr. Rotunda for annual skin exams as well as minor dermatology surgical procedures.

I HIGHLY recommend this office. I was seen at exactly my appointment time. The nurses were prompt and friendly. The doctor came in with no wait and was equally friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. McConnell went over my options and put my mind at ease and in no time at all i had 4 moles removed with minimal pain. I will definitely be going back! I HIGHLY recommend this office. The wait was really long. I arrived on time for the appointment, and was taken to a room fairly quickly. It was there that I waited, and waited and waited. After 45 minutes, I stuck my head out into the hallway and asked if anyone knew where she was. She arrived 3 minutes after that and apologized for the long wait. I was so thrown off by the long wait time, I didn't even get answers to all of my questions. I'm not going back.

She has an excellent raport with the patient. She is quite knowledgable, and her surgical skills are flawless.

Dr. Rotunda is an outstanding physician. She has great technical skills. Her bedside manner is the best I have seen. She quickly gained my full trust.
