Dr. Shoun is the BEST gynecologist i’ve ever had. if you’re not seeing her you should be. great personality and outstanding staff.

Horrible office personnel. I did not get to see the doctor yet, but had bad experience with scheduling personnel. I have an appointment scheduled for 1st prenatal visit, but had a miscarriage a few days before the appointment. Called office to update that appointment to be a follow-up instead of prenatal. They automatically canceled the appointment and told me that now I don't have an appointment because that time slot was taken. I felt like I shouldn't call, so at least I still have an appointment.

I absolutely love her! She delivered my son. My bp was high and I got induced. She took care of me and the staff was great! I was struggling woth post partun depression and she helped me with medication and to find a psychiatrist. She is amazing and goes above and beyond!

Did not request records from previous ER/other testing already done. They failed to mention I would need that when I made the appointment.They gave me 5 min to get hilcrest to give them access to the tests. Did not care ONE BIT! But im sure they still charged my insurance for taking my blood pressure. This will be the second inept office that I've been to. It's very disheartening. Would NEVER recommend, not even to an enemy.. And I thought Warren clinic was supposed to be one of the best. I was incorrect. I wasted time, energy and gas for literally NOTHING. My wife and I had a bad experience with Dr. Shoun. So much so that we changed doctors mid-pregnancy. The difference between Dr. Shoun and our new doctor is night and day. Here are the difficulties we had with Dr. Shoun: -We got blindsided with a $1400 bill for a genetic test that we did not request or need. (Neither of us have a family history of cystic fibrosis, thank you.) -The nurse did not run tests on my wife that we requested. -The only form my wife signed consented to be charged $400 (at most). After receiving no help from Dr. Shoun's office, we worked with an administrator, Samantha, and she reduced the bill. (Thank you Samantha!) -Dr. Shoun's availability is limited. (Other doctors have much more availability) -Some of the office staff were very difficult to work with even before we were hit with the $1400 bill. We are fairly certain that one assistant and one nurse were dishonest with us. To be fair these are the good things about Dr. Shoun: -One of the office staff (Natalie?) was very sympathetic. Says she treats Endometriosis. If you consider things like ablation (burns doesn't remove endometriosis) and drugs like lupron that'll leave you with life long consequences then yes. Your Endometriosis will still come back and while there is no cure, there are better options than what she has to offer. Endometeriosis patients. Find someone who will LISTEN and work WITH you!!! Dr. Christy was my OB during my pregnancy and as a first time mother I was very nervous. She answered any questions I had and made sure to check on my baby and myself after delivery in the hospital multiple times! She is so kind and if I ever choose to have another baby, I would choose her all over again.

Dr. Shoun delivered both of my youngest children and she was wonderful. She listened to what we wanted as a family and stuck with that plan. Afterwards, she listened to what I wanted a woman, laid out all my options very clearly, and helped me create a plan for after my delivery! Horrible business office. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Shoun did amazing, seeing me through all my appointments during my pregnancy. I had a lot of pain going on and when I called them, she made time to see me as soon as I could get there. It was right before Memorial weekend, so I was very happy and satisfied that she cared so much to see me and treat me. She makes me feel comfortable and that I can trust her. I'm always satisfied by every visit, the staff is very friendly and sweet.

Dr. Shoun done my full hysterectomy it took two hours instead it took 4 hours it was a vaginal hysterectomy and she promised me that if she can't get my female organs will come to find out that my female organs was so swollen and she didn't cut me like she promised she was yanking on my female organs so hard and she even told me a robot did my surgery and now after all that I'm having problems like bleeding, cramping bad to the point I do bleed or lay in bed she also damage my bladder and now I leak little bit of pee so i use a bladder control pad. I can't have sex without bleeding and alot more cramping and I was 31 in 2010. Majority of the front office staff is very unprofessional. If you have any type of emergency, this is not the office for you.

Absolutely LOVE Dr Shoun! She delivered my two youngest girls. She is so nice and sweet, she takes her time with you answers questions throughly for you. I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr Shoun is truly amazing. She delivered our baby at 2am on Dec 23. Our baby had some complications (not from delivery) and Dr. Shoun personally came to the hospital to check in on us Christmas Day. She is incredibly positive and accessible with all questions. I could not have asked for a more open minded kind hearted medical professional to deliver our precious baby. If I had 1,000 babies Dr. Shoun would deliver every one. Dr Shoun is truly amazing. She delivered our baby at 2am on Dec 23.
