Sheila is absolutely amazing. She diagnosed my son with ASD and ADHD. She went way above and beyond to help him at school with his IEP. The school was ready to send my son to a level 3 ALS school -- at age 7! Sheila stepped in and formally disagreed with the school district's recommendation (for the level 3 school). She instead wrote a very detailed report about his behaviors, why they occur, and how to properly support him. She sent her team to my son's school to literally teach the special ed staff how to specifically teach and support my son. She has stayed involved in his life, supporting him at every IEP meeting. Because of her help, her guidance and support, he has made huge strides in his education. She has been working with kids with ASD since the late 70's, she is an expert. Stop. Go elsewhere. This lady is petulant and high handed. Psychologists are stuffy to begin with but I have no idea how she helps her patients. Old school tactics that are outdated and proven ineffective. Probably just time for her to retire.
