Sheila Gunn

Dr. Gunn is an awesome doctor. My son has been going to her since he was a baby!

For those that gave Dr. Gunn a bad report they are very wrong. She is very well educated she cares about her patients she also knows alot regarding my child's health issues. There seriously needs to be more doctors like her she just very blunt and gets down to business which is what I like. Thank you Dr. Gunn me and my family will always be grateful to you. Dr. Gunn Is a terrible endocrinologist. To be honest I am shocked she works with children. She lacks empathy and does not even acknowledge the patient when she enters the room. She disregard’s questions from the parents of the patient (for example our underweight child wasn’t gaining weight at all. But good ol Sheila barely batted an eyelash. Lack of weight gain while on INSULIN didn’t concern her) she also didn’t want to discuss another diabetes related health issue that we were concerned about with our child. She told me that I “needed to speak to our pcp about that issue” and that it “didn’t have to do with type 1 D”. Sheila was even under educated in regards to new CGM’s coming out on the market (we knew more than her). The staff nurses, reception, nutritionists and educators are all amazing. It’s time for Shelia to retire and allow an Endo that actually has a hunger to help people take over. We are so blessed to have a new Endocrinologist for our child who wants a cure for t1d.

She treated my son Aaron Kaiser 24 years ago and was the best then. Knowing her drive she must be the best of all now.
