When talking with him, it felt like we were a team working on best and most likely routes to my overall health. If all doctors were like him, I wouldn't have put off going so long.
He is very smart and explains everything also takes time to really listen and answer questions I find him very calming to talk to and recommend him highly.
I was a new patient and after 2 visits to his office he never even came into the room to introduce himself. This is not what I expect from a doctor with new patients. Very disappointing and now looking for a new doctor.

Finding a good physician is difficult. I found Dr. Pawson to be willing to spend a necessary amount of time and to listen. I found that he seems to trust the drug companies and has not adequately discussed the possible side effects of a drug he prescribed for me and from which I suffered side effects. I researched on my own after the fact. He also missed ordering a routine psa test in my annual blood test and this ended up costing me more money to have an additional test than it would have if he had called for it originally. I don't plan to change doctor's unless something else adverse happens.
Dr Pawson truly understood my symptoms when I had a recent appointment with him. As far as I was concerned he asked all the right questions. He follow up after to check on me.
very smart dr. Extremely thorough. Very caring to ones needs. Will look at you while talking vs the computer. Will work closely with you for the best specialist. Always listens and takes as much time as needed. Highly recommended.
Dr. Pawson is an extremely bright physician who gives great patient care. He takes his time to listens to me and answers all my questions. He also has referred me to excellent specialists. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a new primary care physician.
