They worked me in as a consult for a root canal. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Nally was upfront and honest that my tooth couldn't be saved. They immediately got on the phone with an oral surgeon and secured an appointment for me and also wrote a prescription for antobiotics since I had infection. Great experience at Dr. Nally’s this morning! I work in the dental field and I’m always a nervous wreck when it comes to my own restorative work that needs to be completed. Dr. Nally was very helpful and explained every step of the procedure. His staff was very sweet and welcoming!

Make sure you ask what the consultation fee is before you go because if your insurance doesn't cover 100%, they expect you to pay all of it, & that's regardless of whether or not you even need Dr. Nally's services. Also, the office staff does not wear masks when they are a healthcare facility so should require it, especially considering our area hospitals are struggling with the current COVID surge. Top notch service from start to finish!! Dr. Nally has an excellent chair side manner. He listened intently to my concerns. He is using state of the art techniques and explained each procedure every step of the way. His staff is very friendly. I felt totally comfortable. The best part is I no longer have any tooth pain!! Dr. Nally is truly a gifted Endodontist. He has the absolute most current technology which allows him to catch things others simply cannot and perform root canals very gently! He is very patient, he explains everything along the way, and is a perfectionist with his work. Greenville is lucky to have him!

Dr. Nally is kind, gentle, honest about treatment outcomes and expectations. His GentleWave system bought my tooth some time vs the alternative of pulling and getting a implant. Highly recommend this office for advanced endodontics.

I visited Dr. Nally for a 15 min consultation. The staff was not nice. They made me sign a form for root canal treatment, but they knew it was only for consultation. They insisted to do their own x-rays, even thought my dentist sent them resent x-rays. The charge was $225 for consultation only. later on I had to to call them and remind them to file with my insurance two weeks after the visit. Oher two dentists normally change $80-90 for consultation + x-rays, and file with insurance immediately. Do not recommend.

I've always stayed very far from a dentist and anything tooth associated. If only I would have met Dr. Nally, Darcy, and Nikki sooner. I was refereed by my dentist after needing a root canal. Without a doubt this was one of the most enjoyable visits to get a tooth fixed I can ever remember. Darcy and Nikki set the stage quickly letting me know I was in great hands and even asked what music I wanted to listen to while I had the root canal. I can’t say thank you enough for the first class service. Dr. Nally made sure I was comfortable with everything that was going on and even told me what was happening next as he went through the process. I hope I don’t have to have another root canal but if I do, there is only one place I am going to. The office was super clean, organized and prioritized for care. Thank you team, you ROCK!!!!!! I’ve seen Dr. Nally twice in the last 3 years and I’ve had an excellent experience both times. Impeccable work, friendliest staff around, and you can tell that Dr. Nally truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend them!

Staff and Doctor were excellent! They use State of the Art equipment .They explain everything in detail. There are no surprises and they make you feel as comfortable and you can be! You can even pick your own music!! Definitely would refer friends and family!

If you need a root canal, Dr. Nally is likely the best endodontist in Greenville, SC. I was in excruciating pain due to inflammation in one of my molar roots. Not only did Dr. Nally properly diagnose me within minutes, he was able to schedule me the same day for a root canal. The procedure was efficient and nearly painless due to the practice’s use of advanced technologies, such as the GentleWave procedure (essentially a pressure washer for the inside of your tooth) versus traditional root canal techniques, which can be much more painful. 10/5, would return for any other related issues. Dr. Nally and his staff are absolutely the BEST! They did a root canal for me and there was zero pain involved at any time. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of this type of work. Fast, no pain and I even got to select my music to listen to during the procedure! GREAT PEOPLE!

I was experiencing some serious tooth pain that was getting worse every few days. I had called several endodontists trying to get an appointment but the first available was 3 weeks out. Then I called Dr Nally’s office - Nikki answered the phone and was so friendly and empathetic. She had a cancellation and took me the next day. Later that afternoon, she called and said they had another cancellation and could do both the evaluation and the treatment the same morning. Dr Nally, Sierra, and Nikki are all so awesome - great attitudes, positive disposition, people who really enjoy their work. Dr Nally explained everything he was doing - my first root canal - which put my mind at ease. It was such a great experience! The gentle wave procedure is awesome. I was scheduled to see Dr. Nally on 3/25/21 for a root canal however on 3/16/21 they had a cancellation & called me. I was anxious to be seen as I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Nally & his staff are an exceptional group! My root canal was very complicated & Dr. Nally was extremely informative, kind & reassuring. He is extremely meticulous and explained each procedures along the way. He & his assistant Darcy kept checking on me to be sure I was OK as it was quite involved. The GentleWave technology is state of the art & I was amazed when I was shown the x-rays of my roots before & after the procedure. The entire area was 100% clean; no debris or bacteria left behind. I never felt the least little pain or discomfort after the procedure. I did experience a couple days of sensitivity around the area surrounding the tooth. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Nally & his staff if you are needing a root canal! It was a very pleasant and painless experience. Thanks so very much, Dr. Nally.

I was referred to Dr. Nally and he and those in his office got me in and out as quick as possible with minimal pain. I don't recommend root canals, but if you have to get one, this is the place.

I had a very informative consultation with Dr. Nally and was scheduled for the procedure. I have had a life of "Dental Anxiety" and was soothed by all those in the office of Dr. Nally. From Nikki in the front office, to all those in the back, (including the doc), I left there knowing I was in good hands.

They squeezed me in early and I felt so much better immediately after they helped me! For a prodcedure that can be very scary it was a great relief to have such a great team ! If you need a root canal I highly recommend them!

Dr. Nally knows what he is doing and does it very well. You won’t find a more pleasant or pain free experience than the one he provides. I have had MANY procedures in his office and all have gone extremely well! Don’t think twice about letting him and his staff help you out!

I had a very upsetting visit with Dr. Nalley. I found him to be arrogant, impatient, and rude. He was very condescending when I asked questions. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone.

I had a similar experience to Melissa below.. had a root canal done inn january.. I have had pain since my root canal procedure and cannot chew/put pressure on that side of my mouth. Was brushed off and said it was probably my TMJ and that he couldn't do anything else to fix me. Horrible service, experience and I will not never go back or recommend this endodontist to anyone. I'll start out by saying this was my 3rd root canal and Ive never had any issues before now. This was my first and ONLY time going to this provider. I had my root canal in August. I have had pain since the procedure..with it slowly getting worse. Went to have it rechecked yesterday and I felt like I was brushed off. Told me to wait a while and see if it stops. I called back today to ask if he can go ahead and go back into the tooth to make sure nothing was missed. I was told he can do that but I'd be responsible for 50% of the treatment cost up front. How is this fair to me as a patient? He has been paid over $1,000 already. When something could possibly be wrong with the initial treatment, you should NOT charge someone again, PERIOD! I will NEVER go back here and if I have to pay someone to fix my botched root canal it certainly will NOT be him. Stay away from this place. This was an experience that I would not mind having again. Dr. Nally was very gentle and skilled. The staff here was polite and helpful. I never would have thought that having a root canal could be so painless! That tooth aggravated me for years. Thanks Dr. Nally!
