Dr. Bonsell and Brett are honestly, incredible! They had me walking before my staples were taken out after a total knee...Denise the scheduler is also wonderful. She made scheduling my surgery easy.

Shawn is an incredibly talented surgeon. He has done my 2 knee surgery, and my sons collar bone. My sons collarbone was crushed in football. Another Doctor said it was the worst break he had ever seen. Shawn took care of it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bonsell for at least 5 years, and had several knee issues that he has helped alleviate. I like him. and I’m the past the office staff has been very helpful. I’ve been a patient for 15 years. I tore my ACL at 15. Soccer was my life. Their entire staff was amazing through the whole process. I was back a year later with tearing the other ACL; my visits and care were superb. He genuinely care about his patients and are very passionate about the sports and athletes. They were always answering my questions and explaining what they were doing or what needed fixing all while keeping me relaxed. Had to go back this year for a follow up and it’s like nothing changed. They were all just as focused but helpful as before. Love Dr. Bonsell!

One of the worst customer experience I've ever had. I have been trying to get a knee replacement surgery for a long time now. They took my insurance, were close etc. The receptionist told me when I showed up for an appointment, he no longer does surgery, "but there are other methods". Sure enough, when I saw the Dr. he says good news, the surgery is what I need and will fix the problem, the bad news I no longer do any surgery (although on several web sited, he is an "ortho surgeon". To make matters worse, he said his partner does the surgery and will find out if he takes my insurance. I've heard nothing in a week, despite me leaving messages for a return call. Professional, Knowledgeable, Thorough, Courteous, and Gracious

Dr. Bonsell is amazing. Very kind and experienced surgeon. He has operated on my collar bone, my son's collar bone, my husband's knee and ankle.

Dr. Bonsell has been great with my daughters acl repair. He and his staff have been very thorough and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Bonsell and his staff, Denice Ramsey, have managed to waste 3 months of my energy and effort through their gross incompetence. I first contacted their office in July looking for a provider to work with me on getting insurance coverage for stem cell injections in my knee. Dr. Bonsell's staff agreed that they would work with me on this endeavor. After 3 MONTHS of effort, going and getting the appropriate medical records, referrals and finally getting pre-authorization from my insurance his staff decided that they would no longer like to pursue the avenue of billing insurance. Now instead they are demanding that I pay out of pocket, in cash, for the procedure. I hope people considering the route I am taking will benefit from this review and stay as far away from this clinic, and it's inept staff, as possible. Great office staff from Denise to Brett to the people that run the MRI. A great humble man that is very knowledgable as well as personable. I would not trust my knees or shoulders to anyone else!

From my first phone call w/Denice (super sweet) to my appt. day w/OPAssistant Brett getting my prior MRI records etc. all together, my quick X-ray exam to meeting the awesome and personable Orthopaedic Physician Dr. Bonsell I almost forgot why I was there! After Dr. Bonsell diagnosed my painful SLAP tear, listened to alllllll my questions, explained everything thoroughly & devised a plan I left with a HUGE SMILE on my face finally knowing about my poor little shoulder-plain & simple-since I did this injury about 15 months ago! I work in the medical field and I'm around all this, so believe me I think I know everything, but I don't. However, I do know how everyone should be treated. I know the truth & I absolutely know professionalism. As a patient this is what I got today. If you are hurt from any injury, or maybe a sport (I was boxing and I can still box!!!) or age (I have more of that than I want...lol) or exercising or wear and tear, or whatever it is, just come here! Dr. Bonsell was great at diagnosing and repairing (SLAP tear, shoulder). Being an active athlete he broke the news that surgery was the best option for my age along with my lifestyle and couldn't be happier. Almost 8 months post op and am back to my normal self!

Highly recommended! Very knowledgable...great bedside manner. Surgically repaired my son's ACL using a graft from his own hamstring. He was able to return to football without further incident.

Very knowledgeable and experienced; gave a clear and honest assessment of my condition and short term post surgical expectations. Terrific PA and staff.

I scheduled an appointment, 2 weeks in advance after getting my MRI because he was on vacation the next week, while they claim to have called me, they did not, nor was a message left, I show up for my appointment and waited 45 minutes, when I ask what is the problem, they start looking around, and Dr. left for the day, did not tell anyone he was leaving it took 15 mins to get his staff on the phone, so I just blew 3 hours of Pay for nothing. Still waiting for my return phone call a week later.

Very considerate of my goals and wishes. He is very knowledgeable and helped me overcome knee issues without stressing surgery. As an athlete he understands goals and values his clients desires to be active.

Very down to earth and understanding and knowledgeable orthopedic doctor.

Quick. Thorough. They fit me in for an MRI same day as my appointment and had results 2 days later. As quick as the process was, Dr. Bonsell was in no way rushed with evaluation process. Very mindful of my goals/hobbies. Great experience.
