Dr. Williams was highly recommended to us, and after being under his care for a few years I can't find enough amazing words to describe him. He was great since day one, very knowledgeable and patient, helped and guided us in a long and complicated journey. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Williams throughout my infertility treatment at RMA/Illume. He is the kindest doctor I’ve ever met and such an expert in his field. The nursing staff is also great (esp Audrey and Kirsten). They are all so compassionate, caring and personable. My experience with this facility was wonderful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I had been going to Yale Infertility before RMA and what a difference. Dr. Williams was great to work with. He is the perfect balance of a doctor giving you all the straight facts but always maintaining compassion. My husband and I were lucky enough to go through IVF with Dr. Williams (and the rest of the amazing RMA staff) and we are now expecting our baby boy!

This is the worst place to go too. Bad customer service the nurse doesn’t care about you if you can’t get pregnant but they are so nice when you can. I will never recommend this place to no one. Also the doctor only wants your money and if he knows you don’t have enough money they just brush you off. I will be finding a better doctor that cares about their patients no matter what your status is. Thanks for nothing. This is the worst place to go too. If I can put 50000 stars I would !!! I have been with Dr. Williams now for three years. He successfully got baby number 1&2 !! Dr. Williams is always professional and compassionate. He relates well to people and takes time to listen and takes appropriate action on the symptoms. He is good at building trust with his patients. Dr. Williams is one of the most caring doctors I have had the pleasure of having. His staff is no different and will go the length to make sure all is well. He does not rush you in and out, he takes time with his patients and actually listens. Seriously not a typical doctor, he is a good man. I have been going to RMA for a few years now as my fiancé and I know we have to utilize the magic of medicine in order to begin our family. Every single person we’ve had interactions with from the receptionist, to our patient navigator stephany to dr Williams and hurwitz have been amazing! Dr. Williams is such an amazing Doctor! He is so patient and kind and honest which is super hard to find! We were very hesitant to switch to a new fertility doctor after having a terrible experience with our last place. But rest assure RMACT and Dr Williams are amazing! We experienced RMACT mostly during the COVID pandemic. All the staff is amazing in supporting the patients during such a sensitive time! Dr Williams is an amazing doctor, who is supportive and honest. I went through a tough time of 3 failed IVF cycles, but he never gave up on me. We then decided that surgery for my endometriosis would be my best option. He was hopeful that I could get pregnant naturally after the surgery, when I was ready to accept defeat that I would never get pregnant. Dr Williams was right! Dr.williams never gave up on us! We struggled for 4 years and now have a wonderful baby boy! He is patient, kind, and really took the time to discuss all procedures and options. He stayed calm when I could not and that is needed when going through tough fertility cycles.

I was very nervous going in for my procedure. Everyone was very welcoming from receptionists to the nurses. Dr. Williams came in to explain procedure and that it would take 20 minutes. The procedure went well and in time frame Dr. Williams had said. Dr. Williams returned after procedure to explain what was done and provided photos. My husband and I are ecstatic to share our success with Dr. Williams! I'm currently 25 weeks pregnant- after over two years of working with Dr. Williams and the RMA CT team. Dr. Williams is brilliant when it comes to identifying potential infertility challenges, creating a fertility plan, and having a compassionate demeanor. I had some fibroids and other medical hiccups that needed to be addressed prior to an embryo transfer. During my treatment, a fibroid issue arose and I was hospitalized. Dr. Williams rushed to the hospital within hours to care for me. Once we addressed & eliminated all of my medical issues, I was ready for my first embryo transfer. My very first embryo transfer was a SUCCESS, and I'm so excited to meet my baby in about 15 weeks! The entire RMA CT team are stellar professionals. When there were billing issues, my financial coordinator was very responsive and helped to resolve billing issues in a timely manner. I'm very pleased with the medical care. Dr. Williams is by far the best doctor-patient encounter I’ve experienced. His bedside manner and passion for his patients are beyond any other doctor. Hmmm. Where do I begin? Well, Dr. Shaun Williams is such a kind soft spoken Dr. Today was my 1st time meeting him due to an upcoming procedure that has to be done. My 1st visit was back in Nov at their Danbury location with a different Dr, which was okay! Dr. Williams made me feel welcomed with open arms and no worries. He made it a point to explain things in depth with its pros and cons as well as options that could be taken. I honestly feel like I'm in great hands working with Dr. Shaun Williams, not to mention the cleanliness of their office as well as all the nurses and staff aboard. Dr. Williams is simply the best!

I went to Dr. Williams in summer 2014 and he helped me conceive my daughter on the first try (clomid + trigger). He was so easy to talk to, easily accessible, & was there every step of the way. Fast-forward to now, 2017, we are trying to conceive the second. We have some obstacles this time, but he is just so compassionate & leaves me feeling so hopeful. Wonderful doctor, extremely smart & knowledgeable, and incredible bed-side manner. I will hate to leave him at RMA when we do conceive the 2nd

Dr. Williams is incredibly gentle and compassionate and has great bedside manner. He made a nerve wracking experience about as a good as it could get. I always left feeling more at peace and hopeful after interacting with him. He is a very knowledgeable source with a calm presence. I cannot recommend him enough.

Dr. Williams made a very tough transition very easy. I was abruptly forced to move from Columbia in NYC to RMACT due to insurance changes. I felt that this was a huge setback and was really frustrated. When we met with Dr. Williams he spent time with us answering our questions and concerns, and did a preliminary exam, since the timing was right in my cycle, as if he had all the time in the world. He is kind, calm and finds a way to balance directness with care and empathy.

Dr. Williams and the RMA staff are all wonderful. They are professional as well as compassionate to each individual's situation. It can be very daunting having any fertility issues and having to go through this process, however Dr. Williams and all of his staff make you feel very comfortable right from the start of the process. Dr. Williams takes the time to answer all of your questions, and explains everything in detail pertaining to your specific case to you and your significant other.
