Dr. Sharon A Norman

This doctor destroyed my health and life. She gave me a lupron injection and dismissed my immediate severe adverse reactions and further dismissed my now permanent side effects. My health significantly declined. I later found out that she lied to my insurance company and she also altered my medical records. I had several contraindications and never should have received this toxic injection. It's banned in several states for $[>< offenders because of the permanent debilitating effects. Yet they will hand it out like candy. I may have hot flashes was all she told me. Not a permanent neurological movement disorder with no cure and a laundry list. This woman is a liar only out for profit. She should not be in practice! Her irresponsibility and neglect left me a shell of the person I was. Stay away!!!

Exceptional care.

Dr Norman delivered my baby via c section and i could not have asked for a better experience. She's compassionate, knowledgeable and skilled at her craft. Very very lucky to have her in Nashville!

Dr. Norman has been my doctor for 12 years now. Always takes the time to discuss any issues and concerns I have had over the years. She has done two surgery both were flawless!!! HIGHLY Recommend Dr. Norman!!!

If I could a zero I would.. the 1 star goes to Miss Josephine who draws blood.. she's the only one who knows what bedside manner and good customer service is there anymore.. so sad. I really liked the office starting out a few years ago, but they're getting way too big and not accommodating the clients they have like they should. They've left me waiting an hour in the waiting room and misinformed where I needed to go for an ultrasound.. the dr. told me to call when my BP was at a certain level only for her nurse to dismiss it.. because they're obviously NOT on the same page.. to horrible experience with delivering my son and feeling very rushed during the whole process.. NO bedside manner anymore. Now the cherry on the sundae is us having financial difficulties but still making payments and needing to be seen for further issues.. only for her to refuse to see me because my account is not caught up. No empathy whatsoever.. not who I want as a doctor.. Completely unimpressed and will not be going back!!!! She delivered my son and it was an amazing experience. From the 8 week visit, to the 40th, delivery, and postpartum checkup, I couldn’t ask for better care. If we’re blessed with a second child I’ll definitely choose Dr. Norman again.

Doctor Norman is fantastic! I highly recommend her! She’s been my OB for 12 years and 2 heathy babies!

Dr. Norman delivered my daughter. She acted genuinely excited when my daughter came out. The whole experience was amazing. She was also a fantastic coach and encouraged me through my pushes. Dr. Norman's nurses are some of the best. They are always happy to see you and answer all your questions. Shari is especially great! She helped me through some problems I was having during pregnancy and after. One day during my second trimester my daughter wasn't kicking. It was unusual because my daughter kicked at the same time everyday. Dr. Norman and her nurses had me come in just to make sure everything was ok. Everything was fine and I told them I felt silly for worrying. They said I did the right thing and they would rather be safe then sorry. I can't say enough nice hints about them! Dr Norman was my OB for my 1st pregnancy.I had testing done that I was a cystic fibrosis carrier, so she had my BF tested. We were never called or followed up with on his results. At my 20wk appt, we had to REQUEST what his results were, after much confusion/waiting, we were told by a midwife we had never met, that my partner too was a carrier and my US that day was abnml. Long story short, their mistake/neglect contributed greatly to having my son at 26 wks born , he survived 22d in the NICU.

She was very cold and seemed annoyed to answer my questions. I had a vitamin D deficiency which they failed to tell me about. I found out when I requested my medical records to transfer my care. Her office also ran several unnecessary labs which I have just received an additional bill for 5 months later. I am now with a different provider and my experience has been amazing. She delivered both of my children and always helped me feel at ease. She is an incredible physician and I never felt like a burden when asking questions. I am so thankful to have her as my OB/GYN and I highly recommend her.

Cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful doctor. She took phenomenal care of me both with emotional and physical aspects of pregnancy and now health. She is honest and straight forward and cares.

This doctor was great! My husband and I were surprised by this pregnancy and she was a brand-new doctor for me (we had recently moved to Nashville). She and her nurse made us feel calm and cared for with thorough care, great humor and a perfect balance of information about complications with options and calm. The c-section was even great! Laughed (and got to stay awake) throughout and left the hospital with a precious baby boy and minimal scarring. This doctor was great! I found Dr.Norman from health grades and went to her without any expectations when I was pregnant with my first. She's very professional, discusses your condition with you and lets you make well informed decisions. The practice she is in is well equipped to handle emergencies and the nurses are always available for questions. I was hoping for a normal delivery and at a point when I was 37 weeks along, I was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia and had to be hospitalized. I feel Dr. Norman made the best decision for me and my baby and after a long strenuous induction of over 21 hours, I was able to give birth to my son, naturally. She deserves all the credit for me having a smooth delivery. If ever I decide to do this again, i will definitely go to here if in Nashville I found Dr.Norman from health grades and went to her without any expectations when I was pregnant with my first.
