Sharon E Banks

Dr. Banks has been my doctor now for going on 14 years. I absolutely respect and am honored to be her patient. She is respectful, very knowledgeable and is compassionate. My family and I have moved closer to be able to access Hershey's care much easier. I would absolutely 1 million percent recommend Dr. Banks and the Hershey hospital staff any day.

Dr. Banks is an amazing Dr. who truly cares about medicine and her patients. I have seen several Rheumatologists and she is absolutely the BEST. There is no guess work with her; if she doesn't know...she will get to the bottom of the situation. I feel totally safe and secure with her as my Dr. Hershey Medical needs to clone this amazing Dr.

Dr. Banks is very thorough in her history taking, exam, labs and overall testing. Unfortunately, I saw her twice and she couldn't diagnose me. If you don't fit into a specific "mold" most MD's and DO's can't think outside the box. It took an Integrative Medical specialist to diagnose me with EDS. A rheumatologist should have been able to diagnose that when all other tests were negative. I find Penn State Medicine very limited despite their claim to be a "research" institution.

I'm a patient with Dr. Banks for at least 5 years. She the most inspiring, encouraging and professionally kind and yet an most experienced specialist in her field I have joyed of knowing. Very sildom,do I ever have to wait longer than 15 to 20 minutes for my appt. Even during times of urgent patients, and the schedule is pushed back 45 minutes, I'm more than pleased to wait. Dr. Banks never skips on her time with my visit as well. Her knowledge, expertise is so encouraging to me..
